Undervalueappliances.ca website is very detailed which made it easy to choose a quality machine that was the right size requirements to fit through my doorways and down the steep stairs. A phone call with a knowledgeable person answered every question I had. Delivery was very professional. 2 years later machine is still working great.
Thank you

COVID fridge
The purchase was easy over the phone however the delivery was a nightmare due to COVID the fridge was dropped off on the driveway and I was left to wrestle it in the house. We had a few issues setting up but glad we purchased the warranty just in case. Only a few scuffs on the stainless finish. But fortunate to purchase and have it delivered that week due to COVID

Washer
My washing machine broke, and they had a new one delivered to me in 2 days flat.
They took out the old one, brought in the new one, put it in the basement and hooked it up for me.
All very quick and efficient - it was great.

Prices and Service were Impeccable!
Undervalue Appliances was an amazing company to do business with! When I first called in to inquire about an Air Conditioning unit, they picked up right away, and were able to answer all of my questions. Payment and pickup instructions were clear and they made sure I understood everything before we continued with payment etc. The unit itself after pickup was in perfect condition, and we have had no issues at all (it has been about 4 months since our purchase). Prices are affordable, and service is impeccable! I would recommend Undervalue Appliances to anyone looking for an appliance!
