BRUTAL! ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL!!!

No issues sending out garbage appliances! I purchased 3 units

Washer-had dirty water in the drum and smelt nasty
Fridge-half ass cleaned and has a crack on the inside
Dryer-looks like a blanket melted in it
Upon delivery the washer was loaded up and I was issued a REFUND which I have since been told they don't do. After going over the 2 other units I was not pleased to see they were used and asked for them to be picked up and refunded. I was told NO we don't do that. Since I was not able to get a resolution, I said I would be in contact with a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau to which I was told, "We won't be bullied into issuing a refund!"

***STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS***

The dishwasher was very nice , I drove from Beaverton to London to pick it up.Working perfect very satisfied and will be a repeat customer. Thanks to hard working staff. Cheers from Matt

It was difficult to find the actual dock to pick up the washer. Sign is small and not immediately obvious. Communication regarding pick-up could have been better. The door was locked from the outside and awkward for the employee to open.
The washer itself seems to be running fine but has rust stains in the bottom which are concerning.
While I was offered a replacement machine after the fact, the inconvenience of returning was not worth it as I was informed I should expect imperfections... so who knows what the next machine would be like.

I love my fridge & the 2 men that delivered it. They toke such care to make sure not to damage any thing bringing the fridge in & taking the old one out. They were so polite & did wear their mask all the times.

Thank you so much.

The company treated me like the family that you like to be around... very great place to get your appliances from and when I need anything I always check if they have all my needs.....

We purchased both a pair of LG washers and dryers and a Samsung Double door Fridge. We have a slight squeaking with the washer after installation, and within the next few days the technical arrived and the noise was solved. We live in a rural community SW of the London Catchments and the delivery was reasonable. The service and sales staff ( the owner) were excellent, courteous and we saved thousands!
Will we buy again from this Company...you know we will.

The product is great and works perfectly. We’ve only had it for 3 weeks, but thus far my experience with them was excellent. I would recommend them.

Service was good. They delivered, price was fair.
not many used appliance stores around any more . Glad they are still in business. Will visit them again when we need something.

We purchased a used washer from Undervalue Appliances. It is a nice energy saving washing machine which has turned out great! It would've cost us thousands if we purchased it new from a store. Highly recommend.

Undervalue Appliances have made our lives so much easier. Fast, friendly service and you don’t have to lift a finger. Will recommended them every time

Working with them was super easy.

I needed my oven fixed during COVID, the part took a lil bit, but like I said it was in the heart of COVID pandemic. Installations and inspections were all super quick.

Everything from the first phone call to the guys dropping my fridge and dryer off, 100% satisfied. Website was easy to navigate, payment process was easy, everything was as described and works perfectly.

I am a huge fan of Undervalued Appliances. I had a dryer delivered that didn’t work and within 2 days they had recommended a second dryer and delivered it. I was so thrilled at how kind Andrew was with me and how understanding. He tried to trouble shoot over the phone then instead of trying to send a tech out knowing I needed a dryer ASAP, he just sent out a different dryer at no extra cost to us. I would recommend this company again and again!
Cheers

Bought 2 washing machines from them, both are working perfectly. Pickup process was simple and phone staff were very helpful when trying to see if the machines would fit in my van.

Excellent service. Installed quick and correct. Even helped replace a sliding door. Very friendly. Would use again when needed and recommend to others.

Great company and good service. This time around didn’t have a lot of 30’ SS fridge available
They responded to my emails quickly, for
Repeat customers they offer a discount.

Exactly what we needed and delivery went smooth
