Poor quality and after sales
I’m sad to say this is such a poor experience. The shoes look great in pics etc, but when they turned up the looked and felt very cheap, and for £110, these should look and feel like it, not like a sub £50 pair.
To add to the issues I then looked at returns, and its potentially the worst returns process ever, to the point I will never order their products direct. I will go through a 3rd party retailer that has a better returns process.
Such a shame I was really looking forward to them.
