Purchased your dental cleaning sticks @ a month or more ago. They looked nearly identical to ones I got previously from another supplier. My dog literally gobbled the first ones down without stopping. Yours “looked” very similar, but my dog refused to eat the inner core and barely consumed any of the outer casing. I believe I tried to notify you guys previously, but the message was not clear enough (apparently). In addition, I recently got 3 bags of your chicken flavor complete dog food - she loves it, so I tried to order 3 more bags and somehow wound up with 6 bags of chicken blend and3 of beef. Yikes, not what I intended to order and pay for now. Way more dog food than I need right now‼️. I know it’s a hassle to return merchandise, so I have another option: We live in Klamath County, Oregon with the worst fire season in history. Currently our Fairgrounds is sheltering close to 700 animals of all kinds with more & more coming each hour. They desperately need animal food supplies & equipment to care for this overwhelming group of orphans. I will likely donate my excess to them.

Shipping is quick and the operators are easy to talk to if you need to adjust your order. The food is pretty pricey and I might not be able to afford it for the long run. My dog loves the beef food and can't wait until I feed her morning and night. She has lost 3 pounds which she needed to do.

Your website will NOT allow me to customize my subscription delivery even though it says you can. I need the delivery to be every 6-8 weeks, not every 4 weeks.
Otherwise I can't afford to supplement my dogs' nutrition as I would like. Sorry I'm on a fixed income and my cost of living has almost doubled in the last few years. Please help.

My DOG thinks Ultra Complete is the cats meow! She doesn't get it every feeding, but she eats it so fast when she gets it, she's like a suction machine.

My last delivery surprised me and was delivered on a Sunday. Very efficient.

Originally, I ordered more food than my dog requires. The company has honored the sale price going forward even though my little guy get 9 days out of one bag. The representative couldn't have been any more polite, understanding or kind. Chappy is thriving on the new food. It's nice to see him bouncing around and excited when I get the bag out. Thank you!

I bought the Nutra Complete in the Beef flavor for my daughter’s dog. I have ordered it online and each time I order it I have a great experience. It’s so easy to order with no hassles. I was so impressed with how quickly the ordered arrived. It only took from a few days to a week at the most to receive it. My daughter’s dog just loves the freeze dried food. He gobbles it up as soon as she puts it in his bowl. I will keep ordering it for him. She said she has noticed a good change in his stool. I noticed that he has more energy and is more playful.

I have a diabetic dog, and unfortunately this food really spikes her glucose levels, according to her continuous glucose monitor. Unfortunately, I had to switch back to homemade dogfood to keep glycemic index low, fiber and protein high, and fat low. I would be very interested if you create a diabetic-friendly version - high fiber, low carb, & high protein formulation. My non-diabetic dog loves the food and I will keep ordering for her. Please consider a diabetic version - you would have a market for it!

I love how Ultimate Pet Nutrition has changed my Suzie Q life!!! Her coat is shiny and she has so much energy.

Hi there. My little schnauzer has always been a picky eater and I was tired of buying store brands of various kinds and she'd sniff at them but wouldn't touch. Plus it was such a waste of money. Now with your food, she likes all of it so far, and I certainly notice a difference in her playfulness. She is very fast. Her name is Annabelle. She is two years old silver in color with white feet.

We love the product but the delivery needs a lot of help! Shipment was suppose to have been sent on 7/28/26 and it’s 8/5/26 and we still don’t have it? I’m going to have to go back to making her food if we can’t get the shipment sooner than this. We ran out of food 2 weeks ago. This really is very disappointing because Charlotte loves the food and if it’s as healthy as you say it is for her then it’s going to be a shame to have to cancel your product due to the length of time we have to wait to receive our next monthly order!!!
I have spent a lot of money with your company in the last 2 months and I truly believe in your product. But this time frame doesn’t work for us and Charlotte. I’m not going to spend this kind of money and have to buy fresh food to prepare for her as well. Thank you!!

It was made understandable and all my questions were answered. My only problem is that somehow I spent a lot of money! Of course Henry is worth it - I'm praying he lives long enough to enjoy it all!

So far, so good. I have a chihuahua who is overweight and has multiple bulges on her back hips. I’m just now noticing since she’s been on the ultimatum pet food for 3 months now, she has lost weight. Not sure exactly how much. Her coat feels thinner and not shedding as much. Yesterday, for the 1st time in about a year she jumped up on our sofa. That is huge! Her bulges on her back hips have went down tremendously. Lilly's 6yrs old. We have had her since she was 11 weeks. Her weight was 16lbs. She should be weighing 10-11 pounds max. I will weigh her and report back next month. Also note, Lilly is very picky but likes the chicken flavor. I do mix a very small amount of baked chicken breast, plain, in her 2 feedings per day. I go by your directions to get the best outcome and flavor for her. Until next time…

My dogs love nutra complete very much. They eat it like it would be a snack instead of food.

My dogs are happy to eat the food. When it comes to ordering food. I prefer speaking with someone. That way I can get what my order is. The delivery service has been great.

Gustav is anxious every morning for his food. He eats the 1 1/2 cup right away. No problem!

I reactivated my subscription. And I never received my first order, My card was charged and my order was pending fulfillment and never fulfilled. I had to cancel order and get a different dog food (which my dog didn't like). We love Nutra Complete, but was very disappointed, Regardless, I scheduled another delivery for the following month. It would have been nice to receive some sort of discount for the inconvenience.

This review is for the return policy. If you guarantee a product you should pay for the return shipping. My dog developed stomach issues with the duck and beef. I contacted within the 90 day window. I have to pay for the shipping. They did offer 30% refund if I wanted to keep the product?!! Ridiculous

My dog was not enjoying her original food, no matter how much I tried to doctor it up for her. So I did some research online and learned the benefits of freeze-dried foods. It sounded good to me, so I ordered a bag or two of different flavors. Once my dog tasted these new "nubs," she began to inhale it!! I also use the "nubs" as highly enjoyed treats when we go for walks together. She is happy, healthy, and in great shape. THANKS!!!
