THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING - BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Although my dog loves this raw food, it’s pricey. I mistakenly ordered a pork product (my bad), and we don’t have pork in my household for religious reasons. I asked to exchange the food but was told to send it back for a refund with the return shipping being my responsibility. Not nice. I won’t order from them again, and I told them so.

I have never seen my picky eater clean his bowl! He loves his new food and always lets me know when he is ready to eat. What a pleasure to see him so excited about food other than treats!

I have three dogs. A nine year old Australian Shepherd and two border terriers age 3. The Australian Shepherd was a graze and would often not eat. The first serving of Ultimate chicken was inhaled by all three. It's now been a month of Ultimate. They don't miss a meal.I had been feeding a combination of wet and dry food. No longer. They have more energy, eyes are clear and there coats look better. We are on a fixed income and the food more expensive. But will start eating beans to keep them happy. Really pleased with the product.

My dogs Tanner121/2, Romeo-8 & Lucy just turned one love everything I order from ultimate pet nutrition, That includes snacks & freeze dried food. Now I can't get them to eat anything else canned, or kibble. I found this out when I wasn't paying attention to how much snacks &food I had left & ran out. They r completely satisfied so if they r ...I am!

After one month, I have yet to receive my order. They took my money immediately, however. I know the response will be from some person named Shayne who wants you to contact customer service. Guess what? I sent an email to the company and got no response. I then called the 800 number attached to Ultimate Pet Nutrition and apparently the number is not legitimate. I should have read these reviews before I placed this order. I’d just like to have my order or a refund.

At first my 3 small dogs couldn’t wait to get fed!!! They absolutely love the chicken flavor of Ultimate Pet Nutrition. Now that they have been on it for several months, they still enjoy the food. Sometimes when they aren’t as hungry for it, I serve it dry for one or two days. They like that occasionally. Then go back to the moistened way as recommended for the product. They didn’t care much for the seafood version I tried. But liked the small sample pkg of beef you sent. I gave it to them as treats. Perhaps I’ll try that flavor in the future. I have seen lots of energy and healthy behaviors in all three dogs. Two are young, under 2 years old, but the third is 18 years old, a Chihuahua mix, and he has shown a great deal of change!!! More energy, more playful, less joint pain, and improved texture of his coat. All three are happy dogs! (I have even caught our cat, a playful partner of the dogs, nibbling and tasting the food with our youngest Yorkiepoo, lol, she likes a little taste too) 😁
The auto-delivery is on time, securely packaged, and arrives as promised. Ordering is convenient. Payment online is secure. Has been a positive experience working with this company all-around.

Food seems nice and simple easy to use. But the prob l em is my two dogs do not vigorously eat it.

My service dog, Ikes, eats his food now. When before I had to literally hand feed him in order to get him to eat but now he will eat on his own.

My dog Sadie is very picky, but she gets excited when she knows I'm preparing her meal now. She likes the chicken and beef. We haven't tried the rest yet. Thank you!

The dog love the food right from the moment I opened the bag. They have been more interjetick and less licking of paws I’ve noticed lately. The delivery was quick and easy.

I have a picky eater doodle. Even some treats he likes for a while no longer appeal to him. The beef treats have been a continual major hit! He loves them and they have stood the test of time. I also feel good about the quality of treats I’m offering him. Delivery is great.

I have enjoyed the convenience of ordering on line. I have one small dog (18 lbs.) and have order enough food for months. She eats all four flavors. I feed her the prescribed amount. I don’t know how to judge when to order the food again. It will not be anytime soon. I’m still feeding her from the first bags I received with the remaining boxes stored in my basement. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

I have a very picky eater for a dog. I really love my dog, so it is important for my dog to eat. I was convinced by your ad that I should try your freeze dried dog food.
Pepper loves the food! Both the Chicken and the Beef. She goes wild for the treats also!

The pugs love the chicken blend. They actually dance around when I feed them.

We puchase your products hoping that the ingredients are above reproach. Bentley is 11 yrs old. He is given checkups on a regular basis by a licensed vet. He has a heart murmur. Incedibly, I have a pacemaker. As much as I eat healthy meals, We hope your product meets his needs for a healthy diet. He is as active now as when he was a puppy. We believe your product provides a good, healthy, balanced diet for Bentley's time with us. MRW&BCW

The food is the best that I have found and my dogs love it. Also the cat loves it. My chihuahuas are full of energy. The older one was so lethargic and after he ate this food, he became more energetic and playful, like a puppy all over again. I will recommend this dog food to friends and neighbors.

I'm very impressed at the nutritional value of the food but my small 13 l b. dog gets tired of the chicken and beef. Do you offer any other foods besides chicken and beef? Perhaps fish or pork.
