Ultimate Pet Nutrition Omdömen

Belle loves it. I use it as a substantial topper and treats. Call it her “square food”

I am feeding Hannah (beautiful black young lady Lab) long distance. My disabled son is her owner, gifted to him by his sister for companionship. He says Hannah loves the food! Problem is son on very limited income so I am taking that burden from him best I can. But I am also retired senior & am finding this product so expensive & don't know if I can continue to afford it. That would be a real doggone shame. When a person knows of such good product for their loved pet but has to be satisfied buying lesser quality, it hurts.

My dog has no problem eating the Ultimate Pet food. It's convenient and sits well in her digestion process. I mix it with rice and it's a go for her!

I started 8 years ago with Nutra Thrive for my cats. It was very successful in stabilizing their digestions. I’m sad that you have discontinued it for cats.
I use the Nutra Complete for my dogs as a topper on their kibble. To fill in the nutritional holes. The dogs happily eat it.

It's been a week since ive had her treats. They were supposed to come a week ago. They were shipped according to you and DHL. I will be canceling my subscription

My Mini Rat Champion breed Terriers love every Ultimate Pet bite. We have beef for breakfast, chicken for lunch chewies and crunchie treats from Ultimate Pet. They threw up,the oinkystick I got em from Amazon. They really want to chew on something. I am still hoping to find a chew toy which satisfies their chewing, but lasts a long time. They trot around with their weasel squeak toys so cute, but shred it in an hour…but what fun they have!

Everything is straight forward. I don't know what you are doing right. I only know my fur baby's are more energetic. The fifteen year old is so playful now.

Zoe loves the freeze dried beef and it’s helping to keep her weight down. She’s turning 16 next week

My pups love your products. They have me trained and tell me when meal time comes.

My Goldens Love Ultimate Pet Nutrition one is a little picky eater so use it as topper she’s eats right up !!

Murphy seems to like the food. It's a bit expensive, and the price is somewhat inconsistent, but it's convenient and I'm happy with the ingredients. The fact that it's freeze dried is helpful. I liked "freshpet" as well, but it didn't seem to last in the refrigerator.

Our dog is soooooo excited about his food now. Jumping up and down and spinning!

Teddy is a 4 year old Bernedoodle and a very persnickety eater. I’ve been cooking for him since he was a pup. I tried every kibble of wet food. I was very concerned that he wasn’t getting the nutrients he needed. Then I saw Ultimage Pet on Instagram. When I tried Ultimate Pet, I was amazed that he actually ate it! Thank you Rob Lowe for introducing us to Ultimate Pet!!!

My dog went crazy for Ultimate Pet Nutrition food! I added a little to his regular, low calorie food. It lasted longer. When my dog passed, I had just received a 3-month supply of food. I contacted them to see if I could return it. They told me to donate it and refunded the cost. Talk about customer service! I even received a condolence email. Great company, quality food, outstanding customer service.

Proof loves the food but then Proof will wolf down anything. I like that it is light for storing and travel. He has itchy skin this fall and i need to find something for that.

My dachshund looks and feels awesome! His weight is perfect now! He absolutely loves this food!

My little guy loves his Nutra Complete with a small amount of special broth made for dogs. He has it right after a small bowl of human grade vet approved homemade dog food. The two together give him full nutrients and texture variety. Sometimes we use Nutra Comlepte in a dog puzzle hunt game. It is his favorite "kibble" after trying 4 others. Thank you!

I like it and I feed it to all the pets. Mandy liked it before she passed in Dec. and now Mini and Tiffany love it too.
I had taken it into my vet when I first got it and she read what was in it and where i got it and she said bravo this stuff is good.

This is the third dry food we've tried for Buddy and he loves it. He cleans his plate every day.

The actual products are great! Couldn’t say enough about how much my dog absolutely loved the product. Issues came when my monthly order was never received. I never received a call, I finally figured I needed to investigate and was told to email the company for assistance. Email response indicated a response am would be completed in 24-48 hours. Absolutely no response, needed to have multiple calls—- ended up cancelling service. Absolutely zero investment in the customer or service. Great product- poor service ice. Would have most likely continued with service if there would have been some effort in communicating. Very disappointing. Also, watch the credit card statements. There appears to be some significant room for improving the customer experience. An apology does’t take long, just don’t ghost customers.
