Only received part of my order , still waiting on the dog food.

Love Ultimate for my 11-year-old MinPin. His periodic leg tremors have greatly diminished since putting him on it exclusively. Thanks so much!

Dog first started licking the bowl clean but, as of recent the food sets there. May have to stop for a bit.

Placed my first three orders and everything was fine but when I placed the forth order I’m still waiting for my delivery several weeks later. I’m all out of food and had to go to the grocery store to get something for my dog to eat. Order is still pending. The dogfood is very expensive but at first my dog loved it. Now I’m beginning to have second thoughts.

Never received my last order been waiting weeks not very happy about it

ease of ordering. one thing though the delivery co. delivered my order to the wrong address. Thankfully they brought it to me.

I’m having an issue with how long it takes to fulfill my orders

It was hard to order from the website. I had to call to order multiple flavors.

It is the first dog food that I have been able to get her to eat, and she eats it all the time.

My dog loves the food…if the company will deliver it. I think the downfall of this company is their delivery system. I ordered three bags of food for a total including tax of $90+ dollars almost 3 weeks ago. It was my sixth order with Ultimate Pet Nutrition. The first time I contacted Customer Service I was told that the system had marked my address ‘invalid” (after five successful shipments). The next contact with Customer Service was that their dog food is so popular that they can’t keep it in stock. Yesterday I asked for a refund which they quickly refunded. I think they are courting the big suppliers because I found the product on Amazon and I can get it in 4 days. I don’t hold out much hope for the long term success of this company,

My dogs (2) love the freeze dried food, even my Yorkie Scooter. My schnauzer Sonny has almost no teeth so he really loves it and he loves the taste. I’m so happy to see dogs eating and not having to try and change food ever other day.

My pets are loving the new food. They are animated turning circles and hopping around while I bring them their bowls. The waste is less than the amount they had with the kibble they used to eat.

For some reason the first week he loved it. Second week not so much. Even tried mixing it with a little lineal
Now I have all this food he refuses to eat. Sniffs it walks away.
I let him go hungry for 2 days. Still wouldn’t eat it.
Yes mixing it with water.
What to do?

The change from an expensive kibble has been remarkable. Willow, our 6 y/o purebred King Charles Cavalier, loves her new food, especially the variety. She actually looks forward to her meals and runs to her bowl. I give her 3 pieces at a time from the bowl which she actually chews and savors, unlike gobbling down the kibble. The good news is that at her last Vet appointment she lost 2 pounds! Her new food menu plus regular exercise has been wonderful.

My dog is a Grazer. She doesn’t eat everything at one time, but she really loves this dog food. I wish they would make a salmon flavor because she loves those salmon treats

My dog, Tex, is a 90lb Staffordshire terrier and he loves it. We've kept his weight off without depriving him of delicious food. He's active. He loves to chase squirrels and rabbits and birds that he can never catch but has the stamina to do that. Very pleased!

My terrier mix hates this food. I have tried everything. Adding bacon bits, dog food toppers, human food mixed in. She will work up a sweat licking every tasty added ingredient off every piece of this VERY expensive food. She has been eating purina one for years.... gobbles it up.

My pets weren’t too crazy about the food but that wasn’t my biggest issue!!! If you TRY TO CX. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE YOU ARE TIGHT WITH MONEY??!!! You get “well, how about we just spread out your deliveries instead; would that work for you….?” NO!!!! I SAID I WANT MY ACCOUNT CX.!!!! DID YOU NOT HEAR ME? OR ARE YOU JUST OUTRIGHT IGNORING ME??!!!! I SAID CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!!!! SO DO IT!!!!! DONT JUST IGNORE WHAT I JUST SAID!!!! That is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! LISTEN!!!! TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

My yorkie is crazy about this food and the liver treats. I believe he would eat the whole sack if I would allow it! His coat looks very healthy. In fact, his whole body looks very healthy. I will continue to purchase .

My dogs love it! I have one who is picky and she loves it. Their scratching has decreased! I am very pleased with their outcomes!
