I have been trying to get an issue…
I have been trying to get an issue resolved with this company for two weeks now. I have emailed them 11 times and sent my order number, SKU number and pictures of the damaged product several times to no avail. All I want is the product replaced but I am getting nowhere with them. The product (eye shadow) arrived completely unusable and I sent them numerous messages and pictures. It should not be this difficult to get a replacement.
