Long story short. I ordered an item from them and never received it. I checked 17tracking and it was unable to be delivered. The original tracking number they gave me didn't work with USPS. I been emailing them for several days, weeks now? They finally gave me a tracking number that would work with USPS. I called USPS and spoke to an actual person and she said the postage was either never paid for or it was counterfeit postage. I am still waiting to hear back from this company. Be warned!

It took a little while to get here, but the communication the entire time following the steps in transit was great.
Now the product, OH MY GOSH it did exactly what the advertisement said it would do. I have a long hair cat that this brush worked amazing on. I was able to remove all of her under coat and it was exactly what was said it would be. I highly recommend. I bought the small and large sizes.

The product does not work as well as i thought it would ... I have another comb that does the same .. i was hoping for better like your videos show .. i will use it ... But I am not Impressed..thanks

Oh my goodness !!!!! I am so glad this mop has finally been created!!! I tried it with dish towels, old rags, wash cloths, an old shirt, and it did not let me down. Whether it was the wall, the floor, or even the ceiling it never let me down. If I could make one improvement, it would be one extra section to make it about an extra 12-18” longer because it feels a little to short for me on the handle side but that is only a suggestion for improving design for comfort. I love the mop itself. THANK YOU!!!!!

Customer service was awesome and refunded my over-charge. Brush works great and will be using on my Pomeranians to get their under coat ready for summer.

Makes me feel better after only 1 month of use ,, love the taste ,, not enough in the bottle to last a full month had to change delivery date so it would arrive sooner and I added an extra bottle this month so I have enough to last … 2 tbsp every morning is fantastic thanks

It didn’t include a quick connect. Disappointed.

I really like the shirt. It's nice sturdy material and the color was perfect. My 2 issues are that the shipping was slow and the shirt runs really small. I ordered a 2XL For my normally large body. I would recommend sizing up by 3. My daughter-in-law loves it!

Total hoax. You will never receive what you ordered. Obviously fake tracking numbers. Total rip off!

Absolute SCAM
I ordered easter gifts beginning of feb. The tracking didnt move for 3 weeks. Easter came and went. I contacted multiple times saying the package is clearly lost and requesting a refund. You get BS AI written replies every time saying the same thing that i have to wait for the package to arrive to request a refund. The package now hasnt moved in tracking for 4 weeks and now they claim they have sent another despite it being a specific easter gift for children so why would i want it late. The new tracking they sent me doesnt even exist. I don’t believe they even sent anything. So just a waste of $45 to this scam with zero customer servive. DO NOT TRUST THEM and DO NOT ORDER.

Feb 2, 2026, I ordered 5 chewing ropes (w/catnip) designed for cats to aid in the hygiene. I received 5 colored cords. Nothing more. I paid $56.78 total. Contacted them immediately telling them there was no catnip involved; in fact, the cats could have cared less at their arrival. Per their return policy, I requested a refund and return of the product. Today is Mar 8, 2026. They have not honored their own policy, will not send a postage paid label to get the product back AND have offered only $17 in refund. I have not given up but suggest you be careful when you order from this company.

I wish I could give zero stars! This is the worst company to deal with. Such false advertising and very misleading. It took over a month to get my order and when I finally got it, it does not work. There was nothing in the package except the Bible verse hanger. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and no response. I hope others do not fall for their lies. It’s very unfortunate for me that I did not read the reviews as I would’ve known better than to order from someone so misleading and deceitful. I really hope this helps someone else!
I finally heard back from them and they offered me a whopping $3 for my trouble. Mind you o paid $28+. Don’t fall for them like I did!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 6 Bible verse rear view mirror crosses that if tapped on phone would change Bible verses, no instructions came with them and when contacting company they could not provide instruction. After several emails back and forth, simply requesting instruction this is what I got. For an $80+ order first they offered $8, then $16 and final offer $24, threatening that if I returned them shipping costs would be prohibitive. I will be contacting my bank in an attempt to dispute. This company is NOT to be trusted.

Don’t buy anything from this company. Products don't work as advertised and the return policy is terrible. Cheap products from China.

DO NOT ORDER FROM Ultimatej!!! I can’t believe it has a score of 2 or more. Ultimatej seems to be a shady company. I ordered a facial brush from them (they advertised on FB. I know, I’m dumb for doing it). Whatever the bristles are made of, broke my face out in a rash. I emailed them with pics. All they want to return is $8 and I paid $35 for the brush. I paid through Apple Pay and I’ll try that route.

Absolute scam!!! They send a tracking number that is supposed to be usps but when you go to the actual usps site there is nothing there.
They then try to blame it on the shipping company and say you need to seek a remedy from them. Heres the last email i received from these people

Pretty sure this is a scam shop. Purchased foundation, it never arrived. All I received was months and months of excuses!

Horrible. Took two months to arrive. Customer service is unresponsive. The “dress” was like a plastic drape and I had to throw it out.

I ordered a pink striped dress and it finally arrived the sash was not the same as was pictured, but even worse, the fabric felt like plastic—it would have been very uncomfortable in a warm climate. I just threw it away. Lesson learned. I do not recommend.
