I spoke to Nash at Land Registry office. She was extremely efficient and very quick. She answered my questions and emailed me the required details within minutes of speaking to her. The whole experience with the Land Registry was excellent and exactly what I wanted

Customer service manager called me back to address my ‘complaint’ - but basically said my fault for calling them, no onus on them to point out that are overcharging for the service & not the official site - bunch of tricksters

Request for a lease
Natasha was quick to respond to my email and could not have been more helpful when she phoned me. The lease then arrived electronically exactly as she said , it’s a joy to have this type of service in comparison to most organisations.

Helpful and efficient
I was unable to find an old email from UK Land Registry showing my title deeds and lease etc.
Within just 10 minutes they responded and sent me another copy. So appreciated.
