I have placed order delivery meant to…

I have placed order delivery meant to be 4-5 working days but 5 days later order has not even been dispatched yet. I’m going away in few days and customer service said if it will be despatched today (which has not happened) the order only will arrive on the day I’m travelling. Had same issue last year getting my son winter jacket. Unbelievable bad service misleading customer about the delivery times and nothing has been done about to improve this service as same issue keeps accruing with this company!

Absolutely useless website and "assistants"

Absolutely useless system and incompetent customer service assistants. I placed an order and the website assumed my billing address was the same as my shipping address (which it isn't) Never was given the option to change it before it was too late and the order was placed. Since then chatting and on the phone with different people who are supposedly there to help, trying to correct the address or at least cancel and reorder. 2 hours later I receive an email it is now too late to cancel my order and it will be sent to an address that I don't even have an access to anymore (even though the order is still not shipped as I will apparently receive my shipping details when that is done) The reply I received is I should change my billing address and they cant help me. The only possible solution suggested was to use the shipping details and try and call the delivery company and maybe they can help (once I actually get the shipping details). Absolutely ridiculous shopping experience for what is considered a top brand!

The worst service ever!!!!!

The worst service ever and such incompetent customer service!

I ordered a pair of booths and they have been delivered after nearly 10 days (it was supposed to be 3 to 5 business days)

I was traveling on the day that the parcel was supposed to be delivered and the courier declared the parcel delivered and also said I did sign for it, which was impossible as no one was home at the time!!!! I emailed them the flight tickets with check-in done and also the hotel booking as I was in Singapore for work at the time and the customer service at Tommy said it is not their fault if the courier did leave the parcel in another place or it got lost. Contacted the courier and they kindly replied that as a recipient I cannot send a claim and it is the sender/retailer that has the responsibility to do it. Contacted Tommy customer service again and they said the case is close and they don't want to deal with this if I wish to bring my case further to report it to the local police.

This is the lowest customer service ever and I will not recommend to anyone to buy from them ever as if the items get lost they disappear as they don't have the ability to deal with people. Such bad customer service, and also rude and disrespectful.

I want to go further with this as the parcel is lost and I want my money back.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Any advice as I want these rude people to pay for their incompetence!

I love their trainers

I love their trainers - they always fit perfectly and are always really comfortable.
The only downside is their shipping - they're ridiculously slow!

I ordered two pairs of jeans, in a short leg, cotton, lovely jeans, perfect length for me ( I’m a short petite)
Took 9 days to receive order.

A couple of issues experienced here

A couple of issues experienced here, sizing of shoes is completely off, my foot is a standard size but the shoe was too long and wide. The measurements they give on the website of the shoes is crazy! Items are coming from Europe so have to come through customs, that isn’t explained properly on the order page, so orders can be delayed. Usually retailers arrange returns for you in terms of a collection from your home address, or at least provide you with a range of options. Tommy give you a label, which is prepaid and only for drop off. Parcelforce won’t arrange a home collection only Tommy can do it, but Tommy CS say they cannot arrange this for you or even contact Parcelforce because of ‘data protection and privacy issues’ which doesn’t even make sense. I would give one star but the item was delivered in good time.

Edit - I have edited my review to 1 star because Tommy lost my return and I had to raise a claim on PayPal to get my refund. Will not shop here again.

Disappointing

So disappointed given this is supposed to be a reputable fashion brand. Ordered 2 sets of mens boxers, small size going by their size guide. After opening one pack, realised medium would be more suitable. Knowing that boxers are always non refundable I simply asked for the second unopened pair to be EXCHANGED in store from a small to a medium size. Simple thing which other fashion stores have done without fuss. Tommy H though say you have to go through a refund and return process and then purchase a new pair! Ridiculous faff which I;m not willing to go through and therefore £58 down the drain.

SHOCKING, should be zero stars

Wish I had looked at Trustpilot before ordering with Tommy.

Ordered in good faith, website stated 4/5 working days for delivery. I’m still waiting 9 days later !

After calling customer services (who were extremely matter a fact in their attitude) I was told that it’s shipped from the Netherlands and it’s still in Customs !!

What a shambles, won’t be using Tommy in the future, damage to the brand !!!

They really deserve 0 stars, but the option is not available. Purchased trainers and trainer socks on line. When delivery was missed as ParcelForce did not follow instructions to deliver to near Post Office, I asked for assistance from Customer Service. They basically told me to sort it out with ParcelForce as it was not their problem. Since I had not selected the carrier I thought they should have assisted with their carrier issue. No such luck. Delivery was due 12/10/23, I finally traced down my delivery after a visit to Milton Keynes Depot as per card received on 18/10/23, just to find out that the goods were not at the depot as instructed on card, but they were left at a local post office. First lesson: I should have looked at the reviews for this seller before buying on line; second lesson: I will ask which carrier sellers are using from now on and if they use ParcelForce I will avoid placing the order!!!

Disgusting customer service!

I love TH and my wardrobe is full of TH clothes but I've never had to ask customer service for help until last Wednesday. I've received a code from TH that I could use towards my shopping to save 30% off. I've tried to use it on the last day of promotion but the code didn't work so I contacted the customer service thinking TH it's such a good brand they would help me but unfortunately I was very shocked and extremely dissapointed with the service I've received from Fabio! He tried to educate me about how the vouchers work, he suggested in emails that I lied to them because the code was working and all I did just wasted their time! In the end Ive been told that the code didnt work because my phone is full of spams and I need to clean this first then i would be able to use the code! Absolutely disgracefull service! This whole idiotic situation completely put me off from finalising my shopping. Shame on you Fabio and whoever gave you that job! You are definitely not a people person and need to learn about how to deal with the customers! Hopefully I won't have to use this disgusting customer service ever again!

Don’t ever order online from Tommy Hilfiger

Ordered a back pack twice, never got it.
First time ordered to come at my house and it never came so after a long time back and forth with the assistant I had my money back. Ordered the second time but thought rather made it collecting from the Westfield, Shepherd’s Bush store. Showed in the parcel force tracking it was delivered, even there was a picture as proof. Went to pick it up, guys from there couldn’t find it, SECOND TIME THE MANAGE TO LOSE IT. Opened a case for money back. Is been over 2 weeks, they keep saying they are escalating and asked me to fill some form as well so they do God knows what, so make yourself a favour and don’t order from this people.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I am experiencing the same problem, no delivery and absolutely dire customer service. Customer service didn’t even read my email just sent a standard response. I will certainly never order online.

RIPPED OFF

Ordered pair men’s pyjamas and in the parcel NO pyjama bottoms . Relentless phone calls emails and live chat who send a form basically to ask if your telling lies although not in those words . Worst customer service ever I will never use this company ever again and have opened a dispute claim to them with PayPal now. I put my trust in PayPal as they can see I don’t ever make any claims never mind false claims and do all my purchasing through PayPal at all times for years

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. It's been a month since my order has been placed. My parcel is with the courier already for 2 weeks and still has not been delivered, I have contacted the courier (Parcelforce) twice and they have advised that Tommy Hilfiger only put half of my adress and it's not gonna be delivered until someone from their company will contact them to ammend this (I have indicated my full adress when I placed an order so it's not my fault) I have contacted Tommy Hilfiger customer service and had 0 help + very rude customer service.
So basically my order is stuck with the courier and won't get delivered? Tommy Hilfiger won't help and won't refund? So basically I just wasted my money and won't see my order.
Please avoid.

Do not use online store. I have never received the parcel and now I am struggling for almost a month to get my money back from them. Terrible customer service and no solution offered. Stay away from them

DO NOT use their online store! shipment doesn't arrive and customer service is horrible no kind of solution offered for delayed shipment.
There is no way to cancel an order after an email informing you about the delay is received.

I'm really sad that I did not read all these negative reviews before placing my order.
Will never use this page again.
