Yahoo! Mail Omdömen 

Ich versuche jetzt schon seit ca. 10 bis 12 Tagen, wieder in meine Yahoo-E-Mailadresse hineinzukommen, von der ich mein Passwort vergessen habe. Für einen direkten Kundenkontakt gibt es nur eine Telefonnummer, die ich nicht anrufen werde, weil sie mir verdächtig erscheint. Jedesmal, wenn ich kurz vor der Wiederherstellung oder Passwortzurücksetzung stehe, werde ich mit der Meldung: "Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Versuchen sie es später noch einmal", lapidar abgespeist. Es soll auch noch eine Hilfe in Irland geben, wo Yahoo seinen europäischen Stammsitz hat. Das funktioniert allerdings nur per Telefon und auf Englisch. Ich rufe garantiert nicht in Irland an, weil das erstens zu teuer ist und ich zweitens nicht so gut Englisch spreche.
Von dem E-Mailprovider wird man nur für blöde verkauft und abgezockt. Hilfe gibt es keine. Nach jedem Fehlschlag der Wiederherstellung oder Zurücksetzung des Passwortes wird man eine Stunde ausgesperrt; wie es heißt, aus Sicherheitsgründen. Ich nenne das, aus dem Kunden ein Rindvieh zu machen, dem man keine Hilfe geben und das man frech abkassieren kann. Die Hilfe-Webseite ist nutzlos. Wenn das so weitergeht, muß ich überlegen, den Mailprovider zu wechseln.

Every single day without fail there is a period when I am unable to access email, message says Account Error, checking for mail, it eventually comes back to inform me that, The connection To the server failed. Surely the servers can’t be down every single day, rubbish service.

I had to revive my old Yahoo account thanks to a mobile provider mucking up my account. It's been years since I used Yahoo Mail. The layout is truly appalling. Thankfully my mobile issues will be sorted and I can go back to Gmail.

The most disgusting response I have had from a customer Support service in my life, do not know anything as to why my email starts and stops, just argue and be very abrupt giving no answers, there support is the most disgusting I have ever received.

Having been a customer for over 15 years, the account is inaccessible. States a code is being sent to another email address, but it never is. The mobile number was hacked so I cannot update with my new number. All you have is a prompt to get your credit or debit card and pay ? much for a 0808 number call to sort out. All the subscriptions linked to this email now need to be changed. Very poor service.

I WAS REPEATINGLY TOLD TO SIGN INTO MY ACCOUNTS AND DO A 2 OR 4 STEP VERICATION ? I WAS TOLD TO TAKE OFF THE VPN AND TO CHANGE ALL MY PASSWORDS ? THEN YAHOO ASKED ME TO SIGN IN AND CHANGE MY PASSWORDS ? I GET SO CONFUSED WITH YAHOO BECAUSE THERE EMAILS TO ME ARE SO LONG IN RECEIVING A CODE I APPLY AGAIN FOR A CODE BECAUSE NOTHING CAME ? WHEN A CODE CAME I PUT THIS IN AND IT SAYS WRONG CODE ? BECAUSE IM NOT WELL I GET A BIT CONFUSED SO I PUT IN FOR ANOTHER CODE? I THEN REALISED IM A CODE BEHIND AND WAIT UNTIL AROUND 20MIN AND USE THE LAST CODE I GET IN TO THE NEXT STAGE AND THEY WANT ANOTHER CODE FOR THIS 2 OR 4 STEP VERICATION THEN IM TOLD BECAUSE I HAVE TRIED THAT MANY TIMESTHEY WERE CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS DOWN BECAUSE I USED ANOTHER EMAIL AS PROOF TO SAY WHO I WAS AND I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET ACCESS TO THAT EMAIL ? I LOOKED UP THE HELP LINE AND PICKED THE THE ONE WERE YOU PAY FOR THEM TO SORT OUT THIS MESS ? I GOT THROUGH TO THE ENGINEER AND AFTER I GAVE HIM ALL MY DETAILSHE SAID HE COULD NOT CARRY ON UNTIL I SENT HIM A PHOTO OF MY PASSPORT AND HE SENT ME A EMAIL WITH A LINK TO HIM ? SENT THE PHOTO AND HE SAID BOTH ACCOUNTS WERE BOTH CLOSED BECAUSE I CHANGED THE PASSWORD TO MANY TIMES I SAID WHAT WAS THE POINT OF TAKINGA PHOTO OF MY PASSPORT ? HE SAID YAHOO SAID BEFORE HE SPEAKS I MUST GIVE MY PASSPORT ? I EXPLAINED I NEED MY HOSPITAL APPOINTMENTS HE APOLOGISED AND SAID I MUST OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT

Some people are not receiving my emails. I am not receiving their emails either. However, with others there is no problem. Premier Property Lawyers are not receiving a single email. Am I being blocked by a Foreign Power ?

Yahoo have just changed the format of their e mail i cannot obtain Saturdays or Sundays or those of last week. No explanationpof how to change back-i have spent 3 hours already on this-Why do you do it-you already admit their have been many complaints.

Ich habe seit 2 Tagen keinen Zugriff zu meinen Mails. Das geht gar nicht. Es gibt keine Lösung. Man wird alleine gelassen. In der Vergangenheit konnte ich mich über mein Handy einloggen. Das funktioniert nun nicht mehr. Es gibt keine Hilfe. Keine Info per SMS. N8chts

Won't let me sign in, this has been the last 24 hours, I'm expecting important emails

Kann Yahoo überhaupt nicht mehr öffnen. Unmöglich alle meine adressen sind weg.

App lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen auch nicht mehr nach deinstallieren und neu installieren.

Yahoo have deleted over 20 years of emails and photos from aunts, uncles and family (some who have died) all because I hadn't logged in for some time. So what? I had reasons I wasn't in control of. Thanks for destroying my memories!

Deciden que mi cuenta no es fiable, solo hacen que bloquearla. Desde que no tengo IP fija, no hay manera. Imposible comunicarte con ellos, una pena....Un cliente menos

I'd give 0 star if I could. Just changed phones and will not allow me to sign in "To prevent unauthorised access" so basically I now have a redundant email account

Seit einigen Tagen kann ich mein yahoo-account nicht
mehrfach am tage erreichen, was vorher nie der fall war.
Ich arbeite nur am PC, dennoch kommt die meldung
,,,,versuchen sie es in einer stunde wieder.....
wie lange hält dieses problem noch an? es ist sehr nervig.

Negative:

* Doesn't appear to display sender images.
* Doesn't use the system/browser-inherited dark or light theme.
* Accidentally deleted mailboxes cannot be recovered.

Positive:

* Supports every kind of e-mail account, some via OAuth.
* Supports some fairly advanced features too like forwarding and specifying a reply-to address (without paying).
* Pleasant GUI.
* Receipts tab is useful.
* No adverts, unlike mobile counterpart.

They closed my email account without notice less than 6 months after i last used it and do not have much advertised in the way of who to effectively contact when that happens. Terrible.
