Went on to Hotels.com found the Hotel that suited me best looked at the rooms checked the tariff booked the room then received a booking confirmation email whole process took about ten minutes sitting... Se mer

Quick and easy process to book weekend accommodation. Nice to see a big website not taking the micky with the charges/markup. The vast majority of our payment went to the actual hosts. Well done Hot... Se mer

When we checked in at 01H00 we were…

When we checked in at 01H00 we were informed that the Sunday breakfast finished at 10H00. I showed him the hotel website says 11H00. We had a a lengthy travel day and purposely booked the hotel so we could get a late sleep and enjoy breakfast before the next part of our journey. During the night there were multiple alarms going off from the multi storey across the road.

Breakfast was not great. The scrambled eggs were swimming in water, pasties & knife & forks kept running out. Having paid £250 for the night I now regret not getting a taxi and going to a hotel a little further for roughly the same price.

Over priced, under delivered and under pressure to deliver a great customer experience.

Do not use

Do not use. Ruined the first day of our honeymoon. We booked a hotel in Greece...turned up at 1am after lots of travel to find the owner had not been notified and was thus asleep. We got lucky and sorted our accommodation out but then had the misery of getting a refund. Hotels.com offered us a £25 to use their platform again....umm why would I risk that after the omishambles they had created. Just book direct... this lot dont add any value and you risk sleeping rough

Unclear Tesco Clubcard voucher option

Watch out if trying to use Tesco Clubcard vouchers. The voucher option is very small and easy to miss. I thought it must be on the next page but when I clicked to proceed, payment went through without asking for confirmation.
