Bit complicated to set up and use

Bit complicated to use. Good once working. Difficult to get it to call Alex's. Also im on a tp link down the garden. It's also hard wired. I cant get my alexa show to work with eufy
I also have a new phone .
Had to buy a storage card too...

My old one was a dream

Cleaning is good but disappointed with…

Cleaning is good but disappointed with E25 self cleaning station. It does need manual cleaning after every use. Also mop drying is 5 hours which I did not expect. I would not have bought it knowing these 2 things

Regarding Mop Drying Time:

The E25 actually offers two drying modes that you can select in the app:

Quick Dry Mode: Up to 3.5 hours - ideal for faster turnaround and low-humidity environments
Standard Dry Mode: Up to 5 hours (default) - ensures thorough drying for optimal hygiene
You can easily switch between modes in the eufy app settings to suit your needs!

Regarding Manual Cleaning:

While the E25 self-cleans the mop pads automatically, the base station's cleaning tray does require periodic manual cleaning to maintain optimal performance. This is normal for self-cleaning stations to prevent buildup.

Tips to Reduce Maintenance:

Rinse the cleaning tray weekly with water
Use the quick dry mode if you need faster cycles

Ex-Ring customer never going back

Being an ex-Ring customer I found the Eufy doorbell and app very easy to set up for both mine and my parents' devices. However to be able to sync with other (non Eufy) door bell chimes would be great. Can't fault customer service and product. Keep it up Eufy!

Saves a lot of time

I didn't know how much time robovac can save. We got L60 Hybrid and will be sure to upgrade our Eufy in the future when current one gives up. Given the L60 price tag, the suction is superior while mopping function is struggling to recognise carpeted areas. Overall, very pleased with the purchase and highly recommend this to any one who's busy all the time!

Great Security Cameras

I’ve been using Eufy Security Cameras for a number of years. I’ve contacted Customer Support for advice and have had quick responses back. Would highly Recommend Eufy.

Recommended and straight forward

Very easy installation guidance. I have fitted outdoor wireless cams, indoor wired cams, an E340 doorbell with Homebase 3. The system has been in for a couple of weeks and works well, so far. I am feeling more secure than previously.

Late and slow response times on…

Late and slow response times on doorbell and cameras...rarely catching the action. Homebase desperately slow too. Sadly I recommend to my son using the referral link, Eufy not paying referral bonus! Very poor customer support! Avoid!

Shocking Customer Service !!! Be aware

I recently purchased the Eufy E25 robot vacuum and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The main issue was that the machine would not dispense the floor cleaning solution while mopping. It was simply running over the floor without releasing any chemicals or cleaner, making the mopping function completely useless.
I contacted Eufy customer support and was asked to record and send a video showing the problem. I did exactly as requested. After that, they emailed again asking for additional photos. I provided those too. Then they asked for more information. This back-and-forth continued repeatedly.
I have now sent around 10 emails trying to resolve this issue. Instead of offering a solution, replacement, or repair, they have simply stopped responding altogether. I am now being completely ignored.
The aftercare service has been absolutely disgusting. For a product at this price point, I expected far better customer support. A faulty product can sometimes happen — but being ignored by customer service is unacceptable.
I will not be purchasing from Eufy again, and I would strongly advise others to consider this before buying.
