Car not fully charged, not well cleaned

Pretty seamless booking process. However the location at Hyde park lacks connectivity to wifi so it was difficult to connect to the app and car. Otherwise, everything else was smooth

I enjoyed the simplicity of the collection and drop off. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the car I originally booked but that’s ok. What I didn’t find strange is that I couldn’t see if I got a cheaper rate since I went from Tesla Y to a 3. I had no way of checking my previous booking rate! So im still confused.

Obviously a move-fast-and-break-things type company, but easy to get resolution to problems. Responsive service via in-app chat and I always got what I needed fast. I can’t imagine ever renting anywhere else again. Far less hassle, far better cars, and I paid less than I would have elsewhere for a boring ICE vehicle.

i like to drive around

You guys have great employees, but the process of getting a car was rather lacking. We were not able to unlock the car and an employee happened to be walking by and unlocked it for us, but then we parked and again couldn't unlock it. That same employee was amazing and drove to us with a new car. So thank goodness for him. Once this was straightened out we had a great time.

Car was in French and would not change to English. Car was quite complicated to use for the first time a quick video of how the car worked would be needed

Really liked the service, everything was very clear upon the registration. Picking up the vehicle was extremely easy! Also appreciated their costumer service support, very attentive, constituted by real people that really helped me in my questions.
I recommend and would use again for sure.
Only things I think should be improved: would be nice to be able to do the same things online and in the app. So far many things are not possible. Also the picture/ scanning operation always cuts my cards and had to interact with costumer support for this. Waiting for the fleet to increase both in vehicles and locations across the world! Good job!

Great experience. Easy to access process of booking, extending, modifying or cancellations, no extra payments. Just a little feedback - some more guidance or a helpline number when taking the car would be more helpful

Very easy service. However had a slight issue contacting them when I had a flat tyre.

The UFO renting experience is about a decade ahead of the competition. No Q's, no surprise on the car model, no keys, no hassles. Really worth trying
