Undoubtedly the best renting company in my experience, cars in perfect condition, the entire experience it is totally user friendly, very and fast, no hidden cost and also great support from the company for any question you may have.

The ease of using the app, quality of the Tesla and affordability of the rental and ease of extending the rental were great. The location of the drop off /pickup zone in Austin is not great, not even my uber driver could find it due to roadworks and one way streets.
Also, use of the app to lock/unlock the car is fine if you are a local but could foreigners like me not have a dongle or keycard left in the car to avoid the heavy international roaming charges every time I sign onto the local network.

Always good to book a car with all services included at a reasonable price:
- No need for refuelling;
- insurance included;
- high end technology car

Very easy to handle. No paper work, just open the car with the smart phone and drive. Very competitive pricing.

Online renting experinece was great. Without seeing anybody we fullfiiled the requirements and take the car from autopark. We were an a trip from Turkey, nd it was our first ride with a TESLA. It was great, thanks for the team supporting us online:)

We drive a Tesla M3 SR+ at home in the north of Sweden. It was natural to look for a similar car when we wanted to rent for our trip to Luxembourg. We enjoyed the car so much that we even drove to Paris for a couple of days stay! Easy pick up and return. Just pay for how much you drive. The electricity is included. We sometimes charged over night at hotels and sometimes at Tesla SUC. Happy to recommend UFODRIVE!

I had some complications with starting the rental with the app and getting to know Tesla, but help was super quick on the app’s chat, which is most important.

This was an incredibly easy process to book, pickup, and use this rental. The app works pretty well and when there is a question their chat is very responsive. Highly recommend.

I feel a bit bad about four stars for UFODRIVE because they did everything they said they would.

It was so easy to find my car in Luxembourg Airport, so easy to get into it and drive away. They delivered a Model 3 Tesla as promised, plus charging cards that seemed to be accepted everywhere so I didn’t have to spend a penny on fuel.

My issue, taking away a star, is the Tesla as a rental vehicle.

For a start, there’s no odometer. And you’re restricted to 150km/day. There’s no way to know how many you have done.

Secondly, when you hire a car, you’re in a different location to normal and in a different routine. Electric cars tend to need you to plan your charging. I parked in a car park, plugged in for 2.5 hrs and the battery went from 25% to 35%. I then had to drive 60km home. The battery was at 4% when I finally made it. I was getting warning messages from the car and on my phone from the UFODRIVE app. There were no charging stations between the city and where I was staying, according to the app.

Finally, on my last day, it was -4°C. I just couldn’t get the windows clear and didn’t have any de-icer as I’m away from home. The drivers mirror would also not unfold. So I poured mineral water on and waited. To try again I had to lock the car and unlock it as I didn’t want to force the mirror. But it wouldn’t lock as the kids were in it. So I had to get them out.

Then, on the motorway, I picked up the normal crud on the windscreen and the washers didn’t work. Presumably as there’s no engine there to keep the screenwash warm and not frozen. Also, I kept getting error messages as the various sensors were frozen over or dirty.

I also suspect that the UFODRIVE app has less functions than the Tesla app. When the car was charging, and I got back, the charging cable could only be unlocked from inside the car. So I’d have to unlock the car doors, get in, select the menu to unlock the charger, then get back out to take the cable out of the car. That should be available by the app.

So, it’s a great service, great idea, economical, but I’m not sure that the Tesla is a car to do it in, even though that was one of the things which attracted me.

As usual, the service from the staff at UFO was great and they worked hard to make things work.

The downside was that the virtual key for the car would not download to my phone. The end result was that they had to give me a physical card key. Technical issue, probably solved by now.

The car delivery & collection service was great. Way better than having to queue at a rental desk at the airport.

Easy to use. Great experience overall.

What I mostly appreciated is the possibility to rent a car 24/7, without queues and downtime.
I had a small issue to leave the parking (the exit ticket in the car didn't work) and the customer service was always available and fast in replying. At the end I had to buy a ticket to leave the parking and they refounded it very quickly in the following days.
A very positive experience.
The 5th star, as soon as they'll increase their presence at the main european airports.
