Very helpful staff and good experience overall

Instructions on how to get to the car were wrong. I was directed to level 0 whilst the car was at level 2.

The car was very clean and the driving experience was really good.

Nadie estaba en el lugar de renta. Mi coche tenía 48% de batería. No pude cargar mas, porque no había cargadores suficientes. Salí de Madrid y en el km 40 me di cuenta que no llegaría al siguiente cargador Tesla. Regresé a Madrid a buscar un cargador en los pueblos de alrededor. Cargué el 80% y continué el viaje. Es importante decir al usuario que el GPS se programa por voz y que es imprescindible usarlo para hacer una ruta segura ya que el sistema nos indica los cargadores que hay en el camino. Nadie recibió el coche en el la base UFODRIVE Colón, Madrid. Creyeron que había desaparecido el cable de carga AC, pero yo lo había guardado en el maletero trasero, donde lo encontré. Sería bueno hacer fotos del cable en la entrega del vehículo. El coche era un modelo de 2017, un poco viejo para mi gusto. En general fue una buena experiencia, pero se puede mejorar mucho.

Great help via chat bot when needed. Much easier process to pick up and drop off car than traditional rental car companies.

Very easy to access, book and the cars were clean and fully prepared for use.
Very comfortable to drive and obviously efficient. Perhaps a small negative is the availability of charging stations especially in the North of England. But otherwise very impressive. Thank you

Great experience. Contactless pick-up and delivery, no bureaucracy. Customer support is super helpful and fast when you have questions or doubts. Cars are in great shape too.

Very smooth experience. I like that I didn't need to talk to anyone, and there wasn't extra bureaucracy to get the car.

If I need to point out one issue, it would be leaving the parking garage. It didn't open automatically, I rang the intercom, and someone made me wait 10 minutes until ending the call without opening. When I rang the intercom again, the gate was opened automatically and then I could leave.

Super easy to rent and take out. Though the Tesla had regenerative breaking turned on. This was pretty annoying and impossible to turn off. I would try to fix that.

I’m pushing 60, so was initially concerned about the amount of trust placed in technology by both Tesla and UFO, but both worked flawlessly during our rental. The process was simple, and the vehicle far surpassed our expectations. At the end of our rental we were delayed and expected to be charged additional fees, but after a brief explanation we terminated our rental without incurring any penalty- thank you UFO for allowing us to create these memories!

Delivery to the door plus collection great service

UFO Drive was easy to use as a service. Set-up was fast and easy. Price was perfect. Billing was simple. Tesla was fantastic to drive and was clean and delivered to garage entrance by staff promptly. Staff at location were super nice and helpful. Only issue I had was that the app didn't give me the exact address of the garage, and since I knew there were two UFO Drive sites on 58th street, I initially went to the wrong one. I ended up eye-balling the location on the map display on my phone, but it would have been faster if the actual address had been displayed. I'm sure once they iron out little bugs like that, this service will be a total winner! I'd recommend it to anyone today.

Registrierung und die UFODRIVE App funktionierten problemlos, die Buchung einfach und unkompliziert. Bei der Fahrzeug Abholung musste man das Fahrzeug auf Schäden prüfen, dokumentieren und in der App vermerken was ohne Probleme funktionierte. Das Auto ließ sich dann gleich öffnen. Sehr positiv fand ich auch das die Ladekosten schon im Mietpreis inkludiert waren Der Mietpreis war auch in Ordnung.Auch die Kommunikation war top, auf jeder meiner Fragen wurde binnen kurzer Zeit geantwortet.Bei der Fahrzeug Rückgabe klappte alles bestens, ich beendete den Mietvertrag dann mittels der App und steckte das Ladekabel an die Wallbox an. Fazit:Ich war begeistert von UFODRIVE und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Drop off to my location and pick up from a different location was convenient. Car was fully charged and subsequent charging was included in price even though I didn't need it. Car clean and comfortable. Price pretty good. App worked well and process well thought out.

The ease of finding the car . The quickest.

Everything was fine except two things. The major problem was the app. The App (latest version) on iOS was only working properly when connected to wifi, not on cellular. The second thing (minor) was that I received emails that were not relevant, causing confusion. I received emails that I need to complete the registration in order to start rental, although the registration was already successfully completed.
