We have a carsharing service for UFODRIVE e-mobiles in Luxembourg. You install the app, go through authorization and take a car from the airport parking lot.
I decided to arrange a weekend in Strasbourg (240 km) and I got a Tesla Cupra seat.

Cupra was not a SEAT if it did not turn on music on the iPhone (when the opposite is necessary), did not allow me to turn on the speakers loudly, would not have a speed limit of 160 km/h and a constantly hanging carplay.

For 240 kilometers, 10-12% of the charge remained in the car, and it started whining that it was time to charge by 50%, and then the song began.

The application and the car do not have a single search system for free places to charge. From the word at all.
There were no necessary cables on the first charging station - in the car, too.

Charging didn't work on the second one, but I spent an hour of time and 20 euros to install the French application. Which never started the power.
There were no empty spaces in the third parking lot, although the application showed their availability.
I have 2% left and I started writing ALARM in sevris' support chat.

They gave me a new address and I waited 20 minutes for the entrance to the fourth parking lot.
There were no chargers available in the fourth parking lot, but I pulled out the neighbor's cord and inserted my own. Nothing happened.
Support does not know what to do in such situations and is not responsible for charging stations.
The French company that operates chargers does not speak English.

As a result of an hour-long correspondence between UFODRIVE and chargers, they tried to remotely restart the charging station, but said there was no chance and repairmen could arrive no earlier than Monday.

I realized that it is necessary to solve the situation in a grandfathered way.

The parking manager, a young Laotian, laughingly appreciated the whole sureralism of the situation and offered, if I found an extension cord, to plug into the only 220 volt outlet in. 10 minutes from the parking lot, the shopping center was still working, where I bought 12 (!) meters of extension cords for 293 euros.

When I returned to the parking lot, I found 0% charge and, thank the Gods, this was enough for me exactly to get to the right point.

The support could not answer how much it takes to charge the car from 220 for at least 30% and what to do if the car cannot move.
They don't have any telemetry. From the word at all.

As a result, it takes 15 hours to charge the car and my Laotian friend has to leave at 9 pm, but for 50 euros he agreed to look after the car a little more. Support still couldn't find a solution to the current situation.

I spent 300 EUR on power exntenders and they offered me only 50 EUR VOUCHER.

We had a few difficulties of different kinds during our rental period (ranging from out of order charging stations to simple misunderstandings) - the Service Team was quick, polite and helpful in each case, which saved the day(s).

Car was 97% battery full at delivery. I had a long trip to do and the car planned a stop at 4% range if i am at 115 km/h, what i did and i arrived at 3%. During this, UFO Drive called me twice on phone to be sure that i had no problem. Great service.

yes. it was horrible. from the first time the smart key(application) did not work. after dozen of phone calling finally approved. maybe because of some of approval requirements in Korean(non english). everytime i need to open the door and start the car, i needed to call the service center ... imagine that..
but CS representative tried his best. please remember these two. 1. application was awful 2. CS Rs were best! :)

Great service, frictionless renting and fair prices for driving premium cars. They have really rethought the car rental experience. Highly recommended!

The car and the booking process was awesome, but getting out of the car park was very badly done.
There was no pass in the car to get out and although the in app help was very good, we basically had to wait an hour for the parking attendant to show up so we could get out.
Once out it was awesome
Moral of the story, make sure you can get out before you get to the boom gates :)

PROS:
- The pricing is/was fair and the support always responded quickly.
- The accommodating with the overreach was also handled very well!

CONS:
- The only negative is that there are too few vehicles. Sometimes I look 3 months in advance and can't find any, so unfortunately I haven't booked for a long time.
- The App is sometimes not responding, also the rental atart is in underground, wlan could be helpfull here i guess

A great service from booking the car on the app. To an easy and convenient pick up. Very easy to add any pics of damage via the app as there was dedicated WiFi at the pick up point. The car took me to the nearest charging point when required on my journey and charging was super simple. The car was immaculate and the price was very competitive and I certainly saved alot on fuel! Will 100% be using this service again and as a Londoner what better than to have a car local to me at my disposal whenever required without the need to own.

Well done UFODRIVE for not only a great concept, but being able to deliver the service as this is where I've found other competitors lack in the past.

Ease of use, prompt response from requests via chat and car clean and reliable. Would definitely rent again if have the chance.

The one thing that can be improved is the app can be faster when in use

Almost perfect rental cars

It was great for the most part, but the card did not work on various charging stations that were displayed as options within the car. I had to pay some of the charges myself. Other than that, it was great!

Collection and drop of off the car could not have been any easier. Arriving late at night the car was ready for us to just drive away in. The overall hiring process was good and the car itself was great to drive however the lack of chargers throughout Ireland made road tripping stressful. Anything but a fast charger was essentially useless with some stating 27 hours to charge the car to full. Fast chargers were few and far between with a number of them not working. An excellent idea but just not sure the infrastructure is quite there yet.

Online booking works very well once the account has been confirmed. No risk, car and proceeding with the app all as booked and expected. Very competitive in the car rental business in bigger cities. Ideal opportunity to test e-cars.

Awful. I used them several times and the last time I used the service I turned the car in just as I’d received it and they charged me 700 euros for scratches that were not there when I left the car. Avoid!

Rented a Tesla in Dublin, Ireland & it was an awesome experience with UFO Drive from start to finish. I would use them again and will recommend this service to family and friends.
