3 different companies emailing me for one order.
tyres-guru / delticom / tyres.net.
3 day delay as with other reviewers.
Last email had SPAM label on it.
Tried emailing all 3 addresses all not found or no reply box. email saying they were sending a part delivery. 1 winter tyre lovely!! Makes cancelling awkward.

Do not be drawn in by the cheaper prices if you want your tyres in a decent time. Three weeks to get the tyres and no mention on the website that they are not in actually coming from the UK. Won't be using again

Stay away, stay away, stay away!!!!
I ordered 2 tyres from tyre guru 3 weeks before my MOT. It turned out the tyes didn't turn up in time for my MOT, hence having to park my car and use my misses car. At the time of writing this review, I still haven't received the tyres. There are no numbers to contact them on their website. They do not respond to emails. I received a DPD tracking number that turned out to be a Hungury tracking number. DPD UK does not recognise that tracking number. On their website, it says my tyres were delivered but I didn't receive them. Terrible experience. Stay away!!!

I really am pleasantly surprised with how great my experience has been with tyre guru. I placed my order without first reading the reviews. Once I had read the reviews I won’t lie, I did worry that my order would take ages to arrive and I need the tyre urgently. I’m extremely pleased to say that my tyre arrived today. I ordered it Saturday night and it arrived Tuesday afternoon. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

ordered tyres stated as in stock - waited nearly three weeks and was eventually given a DPD tracking number that wasn't recognised by DPD. Called the fitting centre and they said they had never heard of tyres guru or dealt with them.

I have used tyre-guru a few times over the years and always found them competitive on price. Delivery is usually within five days but they arrived within 48 hours of placing my order on this occasion. Keep up the good work guys*****

No tyres and can't contact them. Well tyres did eventually turn up but poor comms.

Ordered 2 tyres via tyres.net the order was eventually passed to tyres-guru which is part of delticom. Having previously had good service from delticom I was very disappointed with the service. Initially there was a delay of 3 days then about 10 days later I get a DPD notification that the tyres have been delivered - there was no sign of them.
I phoned them to find out that there was a problem at customs and they would be delivered by the end of the month. When they didn’t arrive again I phoned and cancelled the order, with a promise of next day refund.
The refund didn’t appear and I phoned several times during the week to chase up. Apparently they were waiting for the tyres to return to the warehouse. At this point I asked PayPal to intervene and the case was resolved in my favour

I purchased from an organisation called Tyre Guru
The organisation is called Delticom Ltd
The purchase was logged on my credit card company as mytyres
I had a long delivery time. Delivery was going to be on 16/07/24. This date came and went.
When I looked up tyres-guru on Trustpilot it seems I am not alone in not receiving goods.
When I looked up mytyres a similar problem.
When I looked up Delticom again, similar problems
Seems to me that tyres-guru, mytyres and Delticom would be the same organisation.
I have filled in the tyres-guru contact form twice on their website, enquiring where my order is. No response.
Sent the details off to my credit card company
A scam company or just a badly run one?

Branded tyre at great price

Ordered 4 tyres, delivery due 2 weeks ago, no response on emails, no one on customer service line to pick up the phone. Absolute nightmare!!!

Delivery company unable to deliver due to insufficient information, tried to contact tyre guru to request money return and impossible to get a message to them, their reply form does not recognise their order number. I will be going to the bank to request refund for my card and will never use this company again.
Avoid like the plague

Horrendous company to deal with. Ordered 2 tyres because it was the only company I could find that had the u usual sized tyres I needed. Purchased these to be able to tow my trailer to the Highland show with my horses that was in 9 weeks time. Plenty time for tyres to arrive right?
Wrong. Called after 6 weeks as had been told these needed to come from Germany (from a friend, not the company) only to find out these tyres were not in stock at all. They then proceeded to tell me I would need to pay an extra £30 per tyre as it would be a different brand. I said absolutely not, there must be some discount as they'd had my money so long and there was no way the tyres would arrive in time and I'd be £300 out of pocket for entry fees etc as would not make the show. Agreed on a feeble 5% discount. 4 weeks later on top of the 6 and STILL NO TYRES ! Only to be told there was no manager I could talk to, I would have to write an email to complain and there was nothing else I could do. Poor show Tyres Guru. Shocking service

Crap service purchased 2 tyres, as have a flat tyre , purchased 2 July 2004, due to be delivered 23rd July 2004 waiting 21 days for tyres is too long avoid this wait time
shop around!!! Cheapest anit the better in this instance.

Good Service and couldn't locate these particular tyres anywhere else at a reasonable price.

Absolutely useless. Save you money and go elsewhere.

4 weeks to order two tyres which they said at the point of order they had in stock. No updates. I had to chase and chase and every date given was missed. In the end, they told me they had been delivered, and this was totally false. They hadnt, they had been stoopped at customs and the company was unaware of this until I called them. They did not do anything to release them and told me I would have to wait even longer (no clue how long).

Customer service from their office when I called was equally bad. Vague, long silent pauses on the call and not a single date they gave me was remotely accurate.

In the end, after nearly a month, I've cancelled the order. I don't have confidence even that will be done correctly "if the courier tries to deliver the tyres to you, can you please refuse them?" was their request after cancelling....

Utterly useless. Never again.

Ordered a replacement tyre (my third order from this company) i expect a delay in delivery but 4 weeks !! then it turns up as the wrong tyre and the wrong size.
customer services are not the best as difficult to understand.

Lets see how fast the replacement arrives AND if its the correct item.

I've used Tyres Guru twice in 2 years - easy to use web site, good selection of tyres and push-mail tracking (some of it in German). Just allow 2 weeks for your tyres to be delivered.

Found the size of Dunlop tyre my Lexus requires on Boxing Day so ordered a pair there and then at the cheapest price I had seen over the previous few weeks.
I received prompt confirmation of purchase folliwed by an email from DPD about delivery.
Estimated delivery 3rd Jan and delivered in the 1 hour time slot. The tyre were also well packaged.
A very smooth transaction and will be usibg them again if their price is the most competitive.
