Many years ago I bought a pair of tweezers from this company. They were the best tweezers I’d ever owned. Recently, they have begun to be a bit hit and miss and then I accidentally left them at home on a trip so I decided it was time to shell out for a new pair.

Initially I bought one of their less pricey pairs. They were awful. The ends of the tweezers were rough and scratchy and, rather than neatly pull the hairs out, they more often than not cut them where they gripped. I was a bit bemused that they should be so bad after my previous pair, so put it down to a bad batch and decided to return them.

Before I got round to doing that I again forgot to take my original tweezers on a trip so I bought a more expensive new pair of Tweezerman tweezers - absolutely rubbish again for the same reasons. Almost unable to extract a hair without cutting it and rough as anything on the ends.

My original ones were very efficient and very smooth - much kinder to the skin. It’s such a disappointment to find that a company who impressed me so much before are now producing such second rate items. I won’t be buying from them again and now have two rubbish pairs to return.

My tweezers became dull and needed sharpening. Since they offer free sharpening I decided to try it out and sent them in. I had them folded up in paper in a paper envelope that was taped shut. They say the envelope was empty, they must have fallen out. There’s absolutely no way that happened. I put another pair of old tweezers in an envelope the exact same way and mailed them to myself. Perfectly fine. Stole my tweezers and leave me with nothing. Don’t ever send them anything for sharpening, they will say it never arrived!!

terrible service for a company of this level, the website indicated that the product was in stock, in the end it was not there, instead of a refund, they offer a worthless bonus in the form of a 10% discount and crediting of funds to the account, I no longer want to deal with this company

I’d like to thank and express my gratitude to Tweezerman and their Customer Service team. I had a problem, which I hasten to say was not of their making, which they very kindly and quickly resolved. Full marks to them for great products and excellent customer support.

Purchased the Hismile v34 purple tooth paste. Absolute load of rubbish. No label on it to say what it was, turned to white froth in the mouth unlike the real stuff. Waste of money and only good for the bin.

Absolute disgrace of a company I’ve been a customer for over 10 years always packed my tweezers in the same way they always arrived I always got them back until now!!!!!!
6 pairs supposedly gone through a tear in the envelope which looks very suspicious I think tweezer man thought it’s time I bought some new ones well I have bought some replacement ones off Amazon but they don’t have the tweezer man signature none of my tweezers ever will again.
They gave me some helpful advice oh we hope your tweezers were insure with Royal Mail.
They are nothing but liars cheats and thieves most unhelpful to my needs im absolutely disgusted but then again they are a big company who couldn’t care less about their customer’s

NO REFUND NO PRODUCTS NO NOTHING I ordered some stuff like 3 months ago, 80 dollars worth of stuff and when it didn't arrive in a month, tried to cancel it or get them 5 times. Still no products that I paid for. Also no refunds.

Tweezerman packaging sucks! Just taken delivery of a pair of small metal tweezers eyebrow having pried them from their hinged, hard plastic container. Totally impossible to recycle so it'll go straight to landfill. This is a pair of tweezers, not a piece of antique porcelain. Surely Tweezerman has heard of the perils of one-use plastic? They obviously don't care. Shame on them, won't be buying their products again.
