They reproduced House of Creed’s Cuir de Russie, the 1954 edition, perfectly on their second try. They didn’t charge me for their second attempt, and allowed me to keep the first bottle that they sent me which was lovely, but not an accurate reproduction. I worked with them, told them what I thought was off, and they sent me three small vials and one of them was perfect. I will continue to use fragrance revival to reproduce discontinued scents that are no longer available. Their communication and packaging was excellent.

Absolute scam!! Smells like rubbing alcohol

Bought a cologne dupe of VS very sexy for him and got sent hand sanitizer . Asked for their 100% money back guarantee and they keep buying time trying to send me smaller samples . Do not go through this company .

I never expected an exact match. It's a copy of a fragrance that was available in 2003. I have to say it's so much closer than I thought it was going to be that I am buying some for a couple of people in my life.

Keep reasonable expectations.

RUN!!! Do not order from this company. A total waste of time and energy. Too bad they don't have a star for ZERO rating. If they did, I would give it a negative zero. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from this company. The fragrance that I received does not come close to the original fragrance.

This company is a total scam! They sent me a bottle that smelled nothing like the scent I asked for. After I complained and said I wanted a refund, they said to give them another chance so i decided to let them try again. I ordered my bottle on March 4th, it’s now May 21st and I have nothing. When I email them they stated “we are waiting for an oil we need that’s on back order”. Do not buy from this company or you will lose your money and your time!!

This company is a total scam!! The scent I asked them to make has only been discontinued for 2 yrs. Its a coconut heavy beach scent. What I received yesterday, was a fresh linen laundry scent, mixed with baby powder. It couldn't be farther from what I asked for!!! Two things have happened here..they have never smelled the scent & they didn't even bother to attempt a recreation. They simply mixed together whatever they had laying around & sent it out. Ive already thrown it away & accepted the loss. Im not waiting around & "working" w/ them to fix this. They can't fix it. They have no idea what they're even doing. I have no idea how these people are in business. This company is not legit & it will result in anger & loss of money. Expensive lesson learned!! Don't do it!!!

I ordered Todd Oldham from them a couple yrs ago. They wanted me to send a sample of it. Of course I didn't have one. So they asked me what the notes were. I copied/pasted the notes to them off Frangrantica website, and like an IDIOT I went thru with the order. UGH! What they sent me was something you'd get at dollar tree! It smelled NOTHING like todd oldham. I was so disappointed so I asked for a refund and luckily got it fairly fast. Steer clear of this rip-off company!!!

This is the worst company I have ever done business with . $95 for a bottle of perfume ordered on Jan 3 , it’s now April 15 and I still do not have my order. terrible company !

Purchased an Amouage dupe of Opus VI. Smells Nothing like the original Opus VI. Not even close. Rather than the extra work to attempt a return and money back, I decided to keep it for a linen spray.

My recommendation: Save your money & by the original, legitimate perfume

This company didn't even deserve a star at all. The perfume smells nothing like the perfume I asked for recreation. It's watery and cheap smelling as if they have no idea of the fragrance I requested. I wasted my money!!!.

Sucreabielle Maverick. Not even close. I don't think they've ever smelled it. The fragrance i got smells cheap, like a weak Chinese body spray. I'm disappointed. Keep my money and my review.

I would leave a Zero Star if i could! Buyer beware! O ordered, never received shipment...they claim now it was damaged and returned to them, but they will not resend my order or issue a refund? Now nothing.....no communication what so ever. Horrible....do not purchase from them!!

A few years back on clearance, I picked up Victoria's secret Daisy Haze and fell in love with it. I was upset that it was discontinued and have only been able to find it on eBay. When I found fragrance revival, I was stoked. The delivery took a Little more than a week. Well, I wish I would have read their reviews before I made this purchase, because it smells nothing like Daisy Haze. NOT EVEN CLOSE!! I know that they say on the website that you can get a refund, but I've read other reviews where dealing with customer service was a nightmare, so I'm not looking forward to it. Overall, don't waste your money.

I bought a dupe from them of Navitus Ambrosia Imperiale and it smelled like old lady toilette water...not even in the ball park. The stated that they will keep redoing the scent until they get it right but that I needed to provide them with a sample of the original scent...WTF?? If they are so experience then why does the customer need to provide them with a sample in order for them to replicate it?

I also tried the dupe from Dapper and it was approx 95% on point!

My advice is to steer clear of Fragrance Revival...this company is TRASH!!! Buyer Beware!

Shipped wrong product and they don't acknowledge!

Don’t buy their perfume . I ordered Tuvache jungle gardina but it smells only if lilac . It’s nauseating and I can’t wear it . Smells like Funeral home . Tried to contact them MULTIPLE TIMES BY PHONE NOONE ANSWERS EVER. SO I left phone message plus I emailed them . No answer . Called my bank because they state a money back refund if you are not happy . I think this is a scam . DONT BUY THEIR PERFUME IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE SCORE I WOULD

what else is super annoying: they ship to austria, lichtenstein, denmark, switzerland, poland, netherlands, - literally everywhere AROUND germany but not TO germany

Nothing but problems from start to finish. Firstly I ordered this for Mother's Day gifts on April 20th and it didn't ship out until May 3rd but that's okay. What's not okay is Shipping and not being delivered until the 14th of May on top of that when I contacted customer service to see how long the processing time for this order is they didn't even know. I asked if this is one of the items that could take 3 weeks to finish processing and all they did was say I don't know. Into my surprise when I opened the package it's only one perfume yet I ordered two and was charged for two. And the perfume that I received doesn't even smell good. So I was charged for expedited shipping delivered 2 weeks after it shipped. charge for two perfumes and I only received one bad smelling perfume. Worst Mother's Day gift ever.
