Order placed on May 20

Order placed on May 20, on a freight item. Shipped next day. I have not heard from the shipper, and their website indicates the shipment is delayed... no kidding. No communication at all, just waiting.

Bought my progressive industries…

Bought my progressive industries EMS-LCHW50 surge protector for my new 5th wheel and it paid for itself the first time out camping. Hooked up to shore power and it threw a reverse polarity code. Called the camp ground and they sent a maintenance guy out and sure enough it was wired backwards. Tweety’s had the best price and fast shipping. Great product!

Poor Communication on delivery of shipment!

Had to go pick the pallet up from the freight company. I was told the shipment was setup for a lift gate delivery. The company holing the shipment claimed they Did Not have any trucks with a lift gate nor did they ever. We spent 2 hours going to pick up the pallet with a trailer and we unloaded the pallet ourselves. Poor communication with shipper! Should get some money back for doing their job for them..

Found the parts I needed easily

Found the parts I needed easily. I received great communication as my order was processed and shipped. Tweetys prepared and shipped my order quickly.The USPS dropped the ball and shipped my package to the other side of the country and back and arrived a couple of days late, but this is a review of Tweetys and they did a great job and were a pleasure to do business with.
