I couldn't find a part for my RV refrigerator, even after calling the manufacturer. It was out of stock everywhere.
I happen upon Tweety's and called. Tom was great, not only did he have the part, he Verified that he had 5 in stock, he contacted the shipping office and made sure that it made the shipment 30 minutes after I called. He then verified that it made the truck out. It saved my camping trip.

Didn't place a large order- just a couple of keys for an Anderson hitch lock that my General RV said was unavailable. General could sell me a complete hitch lock pin for $40.
Did a little research and discovered that a key only was available from Tweety's for $5 plus shipping. Ordered 2 for $10! Can't say enough good about Tweety's , Tom and Rolly. Sometimes you can tell most about how a company handles the small things.

Called to check stock on an order before I placed the order. They said they didn't have in in the warehouse but Morryde drop ships to customer, and advised me to call Morryde directly , which I did. Morryde said they did have them in stock and could drop ship the item directly to me once they received the order. I then placed the order online , then got an email that said backorder for 30-45 days from a person named ROLLY. He then proceeded to tell me the warehouse timing not drop ship timing, total waste of over an hour on the phone with poor customer service and cancelled the order and will not ever order from this company again

I ordered a Jrp2126r vent damper. Tweetys is one of the few places that carried the one I needed, and had the best price. It was delivered in under a week. And thanks to a YouTube video that showed me how to install it, it was super easy to install. (no instructions came with the product, but that seems to be how the world works these days, and wouldn't be Tweety's responsibility, so I still give Tweetys 5 stars)

We bought the VersaHaul 50cc scooter carrier with ramp. It is an outstanding product and I really appreciated the follow up call I received from Tweetys after we made our purchase. We transported my Yamaha Vino Classic on the back of my dad's full-size SUV and it didn't move a centimeter. It is very easy to use, very sturdy and we are thrilled with it. A+ service from Tweetys.

The customer service from Tweetys is simply unheard of. I cannot remember the last time that I contacted a customer service department by phone, and got a response in under TWO minutes, and by a real person!
They addressed my concerns in a very professional and positive manner. They accepted a return of damaged goods without questioning it. They exceeded my expectations with very courteous and fast responses, and fast shipping.
All of that, and the lowest prices I could find.
I could not be more pleased.
