I was in a super rush to buy a satellite dish. I had ordered from a different company and they mis-informed me on the delivery date. I talked to the Parts Dept at Tweetys, and they had the dish in stock. When I told them of my time crush they said they would keep an eye out for the order and would be sure it shipped the same day. That is exactly what happened and I received the dish two days later, well within the time frame I had. You guys ROCK!

I wanted suspension equalizers for my wide trax tandem axle travel trailer and after much research, decided to go with MorRyde. Once I provided requested measurements and told exactly what to order, I was referred to both Tweety's and eTrailer by the MorRyde customer service rep. eTrailer wanted $80 more for the same set of equalizers than Tweety's. And it would take 3-4 weeks to get them. So, I ordered from Tweety's. They arrived in about a week and I saved $80. I had them installed this week and the improvement in overall towing of the RV is quite noticeable. This is an excellent upgrade. Thanks.

We ordered cargo door locks for our camper. They were the incorrect size due to our measuring error. We emailed them for instructions on how to return them. We followed in instructions exactly as outlined in the email. We received a USPS confirmation of receipt. It is now 3 months later and we still have NOT received a credit for them. They were returned to an “outside” vendor not Tweetys who denies receiving them! If you know what’s good for you, order elsewhere.

I Ordered an Dish King Tailgater Pro on 4/19/21. I just put it up on my RV 5/7/21. All was fine. Occasionally I would hear it drive on the roof. Today it stopped working. I’ve tried changing cable’s, I’ve tried two different receivers. No difference. The antenna does not change positions. I contacted Tweety’s as I really just made the purchase. They said they will do nothing that I have to go through King antenna. I called King. They don’t even answer there phone. May call me back in 3 or more days. Buy from someone that will exchange bad products. Tweety’s sold me a faulty product and I have to do all the leg work. I’m sorry I bought from them and I will never make that mistake again

Lame company order part 3 weeks later nothing so I call them and they tell me its was looks like fragilent order and they send email to my email that I never got it so is conformation order but they did charge my card and when I call them they told me they sorry and they don't have part but they will refine money. After 3 weeks I lost money cus part I ordered was for forklift for my business now I need order another one and wait .LAME.

Ordered the wrong size Morryde RV steps for our travel trailer. If you have to return, you are on your own. Their shipping was a nice $25 on the sent to us Fed EX label and when we shipped with Fed Ex near us for the return, it was $121. You get so used to Amazon with crazy good return policy that you just don't think when ordering elsewhere. Live and learn. Won't do that again.
Update:
Got my "partial" refund from the returned steps that cost $319.80, and it was $259.80 (they deducted $60). So the purchase price of $319.80 minus $121 to return them to Indiana from Michigan via FedEx out of my pocket, minus $60 = $138.80 back out of $319.80. Ouch!!
Side note: Ordered the correct steps and they came in a previously opened box that was taped up and had a 3 inch scratch on the side rail black powder coat. Didn't bother to let them know because I did not want to be out anymore money.

Great experience! I placed my order for a part I needed ASAP. Tweety’s came through and my part arrived with plenty of time to spare. The price was great and shipping was free. I would use them again.

I have ordered several items from this vendor in the past and had no issues. However, when things do not go correctly then they are very difficult and do not want to provide refunds in a speedy manner as they should when they have chosen their own transport company and that said company had damaged the order. I ordered an A/C unit for my camper and the vendor sent it through their preferred carrier and when I went to pick it up it was not in a box, crate, or anything with significant damage on the unit. There was no paperwork with the unit and they didn't even know how it arrived at their facility. Two months later I am trying to obtain a refund for the unit that I refused on the spot with the carrier they chose to utilize. As long as things go well then you should have no problems customer service will be exemplary. If things do not go well for the vendor, welllllll, GOOD LUCK getting your money back.

Product was shipped to me in very dirty, dusty bottles, on the outside. Made me wonder how old the product really was... Should clean prior to sending out to customer. I thought it was a spray but turned out as thick as a wax even with thorough shaking.

the heater fit perfitly thank you. It works super and can shower for awhile.

Love the hitch and install was easy. Pulls like a dream and super easy to hook up.

Stay away from this vendor! Yet another reseller marketing products for manufacturers when the don’t have them in stock. If you want to wait 4 weeks or so for an item, then Tweety’s is your place. Of course, they can’t cancel the order until they hear back from the manufacturer who is showing the order is processed. Unbelievable!

This product sucks doesn’t last more then 6 months , now it will not work at all with an iPhone, plus u can’t get a hold of customer service, and ap products will not refund your money
U can try it yourself, I know for a fact it will not work with any iOS device not iPhone or iPad I am not upset with tweety’s I just want people to know about this product and and about AP products and mopeka products, they have no fix for the problem and no offer for refund so I have a $130.00 paper weight and I am not happy

Had to have a refrigerator door before leaving again in a few days and it arrived the very next day! Very pleasant customer service that took very good care of me! Thanks Tweetys!

Ordered a GSWH-2 Tankless Water Heater. Took 5 days to arrive. Not bad for "free" shipping. UPS delivery was perfect. No damage to the item. Exactly what I expected and it was the best price I could find at this time. Installed professionally by me and so far I am super impressed. This new Girard heater is so much better than the Atwood on demand heater it replaced. Suffered for years with that. I was so frustrated with the Atwood that I just wanted a tank heater but all that I could fit in my trailer would have been a 4 gallon one. That wasn't going to happen so I did a lot of reading/research and decided on the Girard. Seems well built and engineered. Clean assembly and super simple install. Hardest part was rebuilding the cold/hot water PEX lines to fit. I really like the ability to adjust the water temp from the UCP (User Control Panel). It's mounted inside the trailer and easily accessible for temp adjustment at any time. It's super quiet when it operates as well. From the UCP, you can tell exactly what the heater is doing. Water flowing, flame/burner operating, any errors that may pop up, etc. Super user friendly and functional. Back to happy camping again.
