Took them on good faith that car would be delivered when they said and when I chased via email was assured all still on track. When hadnt heard as it neared the delivery date I tried calling but was told they were busy due to illness/holidays but someone would call me back - they didn't. Sat on hold for 40 minutes the next day as apparently the power was down!! Only to finally be told my car would be another two weeks - almost 8 weeks after ordering ....

Vehicle delivery timelines can occasionally be impacted by factors outside of our control, and whilst we always aim to provide the most accurate updates possible, estimated delivery dates can be subject to change.
We also acknowledge your concerns regarding communication. Whilst periods of high demand and unforeseen operational issues can affect response times, we understand the disappointment caused when expectations around updates and call-backs are not met.

Helpful service and a great and affordable way to drive a new car
Helpful information and prompt responses to queries. The information is clear and the site is transparent about the process, timescales and what you need to know to make the transition to a salary sacrifice (which is a great deal and makes owning a new vehicle affordable) and also to make the transition from ICE cars to EVs. I'm excited about the arrival of my new car in a few weeks time.

Tuskers Cars – Salary Sacrifice Scheme Review
Overall, I’ve found the Tuskers Cars salary sacrifice scheme to be very good. Whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve been able to call and get a helpful answer, and the information provided throughout the process has been clear and kept me updated every step of the way.
The only downsides are that the pricing can be slightly higher, although you are getting a lot included in the package, and the choice of cars available can be somewhat limited.
Personally, I would have liked to have seen the Smart #3 Brabus available as an option, as that would have been my preferred choice.
Overall, though, I’ve been very happy with the service and the way Tuskers have handled the process.
