terrible company to deal with
terrible company to deal with! Online search so basic one cannot filter or sort for basic car criteria! Wanting to deliver an unsafe car, taking no responsibility for delivering a road-safe vehicle while being the actual owner of it. very frustrating and disappointing to deal with, go look elsewhere
Edit after reply: if you cannot even search for AWD or sort by date added to website it's very basic and should be a no-brainer to add.
I am not talking safety re maintenance but from the get go! Supplying a car to the Highlands of Scotland with summer tyres and then punishing the driver when forced to buy suitable tyres by taking maintenance and roadside assistance away for set tyres is a double punishment! It is also regional discrimination towards the North! Tusker is the vehicle owner and as such responsible for a safe car all year round. You can as well deliver the car with no steering wheel that's how useful a car with summer tyres is in Scotland for 6 months of the year! I am in touch with the resolution team but no resolution in sight! You have to review your tyre policy! I'm not asking for personal preference but for a necessity, all year tyres where geographically required as standard!!
My employer NHS Highland won't be chuffed if I can't get to work because the car is in a ditch or can't get up a hill.
This should not be something your clients have to ask for, it should be standard

I want to express my gratitude to Steve Stunt in the maintenance department. My Tesla has an issue with the battery discharging and I needed to get the car to the service centre. Tesla initially said that a relief car would not be available which would have caused me greatly inconvenience since I had a multitude of appointments to attend to in my few days off. I contacted Tusker and was reassured by Steve that they would do every in their power to get me a car, a very solid plan B. I did end up getting a car from the service centre so all was ok. STeve has an empathetic manner and inspires confidence. Thank you.
