Not entirely sure what to write. Haven’t had a very good experience with Tusker. Problems I’m ordering and cancelling, little to no updates. It doesn’t seem like a very streamlined process for an automotive company.

terrible customer service
despite the fact that I let the maintenance team know on three occasions that I was without a car due to the nature of the repair on my car they didn't get me a least car for over a week. I was without a car for over a week with no support. The phone system to get through is ridiculous there is not way to contact the maintenance team directly and I wasted about 2-3 hours on the phone trying to get an appointment and a repair in a busy week. Really disappointing
