Excellent, hassle-free experience. The IVR menu was clear and easy to navigate, and I didn't have to wait at all before getting through. The call handler was friendly, professional, and answered my (admittedly simple) question with ease. My only suggestion would be more self-service options, so a call isn't always necessary for quick queries. 5 stars!
