Smooth and straightforward ordering experience
Ordering my GV60 was a very easy and smooth experience from start to finish. The process was clear, straightforward, and I was kept informed throughout the order journey.
The only improvement I would suggest is around order tracking. Once the order has been placed, it isn't obvious how to get back into the portal to check the status of the order. The login is only accessible through the company portal, and after ordering I couldn't find an easy way back to the tracking page. A clearer post-order link or reminder would make the experience even better.
Overall, a great experience and I'd happily recommend the service.

5 stars for the staff. absolutely.
but ... their website needs real revamp. without real comparison of the features among cars, or more filters other than "miles" or "body type", it takes forever to decide what you want. With the surge of so many brands of cars in the country, imagine learning their features and then finding time to test drive as well.
anyways! the staff are kind when you ask questions. very kind and attentive to what you are asking. and they give the most reasonable answers and suggestions. that is the only consolation prize.
Also, the website said 8 weeks waiting time. After signing the papers and stuff, they said it will take 5 months to deliver the car. I really hope they just increased the time with a buffer. seriously!
