Such an excellent custom job was done on what I ordered. I was kept up to date on every step of the process, and it even arrived early. Could not ask for a better experience.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't like some of the watercolour splashes on your picture. This is a normal part of our watercolour painting style. We provide all customers with a full resolution proof image to review and offer unlimited revisions, so anyone who sees any aspect which they would like to be changed on their image can just ask the designer for a revision and we'll be happy to make the adjustments.

The picture was perfect because it had purples and tears in it which happen to be the wedding colors. The bride and groom picked it up today because I couldn't wait for them to see it. The bride cried when she saw it.
Beautifully done! Thank you!

We're pleased to hear that you liked your artwork. A large part of what customers are buying is an art print and professional framing which is then shipped directly to you.
You can get all sorts of fun free graphics apps but most people find that they do not create a high resolution artwork suitable for printing and display.

Not a fan
Not a fan. Background is completely dull. The water and sunset were the best parts to use color and none was used. Waste of money

We're sorry to hear the background wasn't what you wanted. All customers get preview images to review and unlimited revisions, so if anything isn't as you wanted it in the first version of the image then customers can simply request a revision and the designer will be happy to make the adjustments.
Easy to use.
I found the site easy to use, If I needed to make a change I was able to do that with ease. The fact that I was able to review the pieces was excellent. It allowed me to be happy with the background that I had chosen.

We're sorry to hear you didn't get our email, the product was shipped and the tracking link emailed out to you which would have answered your question about whether it had already shipped and when it is likely to arrive. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
