I called Ryan from TT removals at 7am on the day of the job. Really straightforward gave me all the assurances I needed. The legend Ashley turned up, helped us pack and move our boxes. Didn’t complain when it turned out we had miscalculated and the job was bigger than we thought. Always proposed solutions never problems. Kept in contact throughout with all my company’s inventory which is of great value to me! He let me know when the job was done at 9am the following morning and was so polite and friendly through out. Highly recommend keep up the great work guys

Great service from Ryan and the team. We needed more van space than we originally thought but Ryan sorted it on the eve of the August bank holiday and the charges seemed fair for a very late finish. Thanks too to Ali, Omar, Alex and others.

I am on my 3rd move with Ryan (coincidence we have the same name) and his team. On my recommendation several of my friends have used TT and my landlord has also contracted out TT for multiple properties. I can't recommend highly enough. They are punctual, professional, well equipped, flexible for unforeseen circumstances and have become good friends. Don't hesitate

Must have used these guys 5 times. Friendly, careful and ultrafast and always go the extra mile. Took off and reattached some window framing to fit my sofa into the flat. Highly recommended

I reached out to TT on very short notice (less than 48-hours) and proposed a relatively complex job for them. Most people probably use them for Point A - Point B moving, but I needed them to help me send things off to charity, others to rubbish, and they were up to the challenge.

They organised the pick-up seamlessly. An email was sent within an hour of my first contact, and after filling in the details, we were ready to go.

On day of pick-up, Ashley came ON TIME, he was brilliant and an excellent example of customer service and someone who makes things “easy”. We cleared the items in no time at all, and the entire process was pain-free. Not to mention, he helped me through his and TT’s excellent relationship with the storage company, to downsize my unit given my smaller stock, on the SAME day.

When I am back in London full-time I will definitely be using this team to move me into my new home, and I can honestly recommend them to anyone for these kinds of job. Professional, responsive, friendly, well-connected and supportive.

I wasn’t charged extra and there were no hidden surprises. 2 men arrived on time and effortlessly carried out my move with professionalism and expertise quickness!
