I am so happy that I choose to go with Renewa instead of the other more expensive options....and it turns out I made the right choice. I am not only happy with the products, but with the customer service. Anytime I have a question they are there to help me and if I miss them I receive a call back within the hour. When my product arrived the package was damaged so I reached out to Will, the rep who had been helping me. He immediately turned it over to Matthew Henry from the Customer Experience Team. Right away I received an email from Matthew who requested photos of the damaged package. Within a a couple of weeks, the damaged product had been replaced with no hesitation. I was so pleased with the kindness and respect that I was shown from both Will and Matthew and their concern that I was satisfied with my experience. I would not hesitate to direct any of my friends looking for a micro needling product to Renewa.

Joanne was very helpful at explaining everything related to the product and how to use all the aspects of it. She even sent me a video of the micro infusion and the cellulite tool.

Did not address my point about my not ordering all the bottles which, again, I stated in more than one email response.
Not an itemized receipt.
Merely a print-out with total charge and unreadable number of bottles.
Denied a refund based on 20 days over “refund period “. I’m asking for a refund on the bottles I did NOT order.
Again, they chose not to say anything about this.

I had some concerns about my RenewaSkin order so I sent an email. Matthew called me and we were able to resolve my issues pretty quickly. He was very knowledgeable about the products and I believe he went above & beyond to ensure that I understood what each item was & how to use them. He offered to send me a link to a helpful tutorial. Overall. Matthew was very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and really friendly. I'm so happy he helped me with my situation. Matthew assured me that if I have future questions or concerns he's just an email away. Thank you so much, Matthew.
