What a great person. He listened to my concerns and helped me understand the process, even made sure I wrote it down so I’d know what to do. Very nice! Great customer service!

I spoke with Joanne, my Skin Care Consultant with Renewa Skin, today and the Customer Service was excellent! She was able to detail the proper skin care routine to ensure that I would receive maximum benefits from my products. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient! She walked me through choosing the best deal to add an essential product to my skin care regime. She also previewed the various payment options available through their company without being asked. At no time did I feel pressured about making an additional purchase. She gave me all the time I needed to be sure I would be happy with my choices in the coming days.

Very polite and easy to work with

Had to return the product due to a faulty applicator. The customer representative Stephen, was helpful and professional. Made the options and process understandable and easy.

Stephen was very personable, respectful and polite from the beginning to the end of our phone conversation and quick to bring a solution to the dilemma of my non-working Renewalift gadget! I didn't at all feel exasperated, or frustrated with our conversation. I'm pleased with this company's response to my query and the fact that I haven't yet been able to enjoy the use and benefits of this product! THANK YOU STEPHEN FOR BEING SO POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL!

Yes, I really appreciate Steven. He was so good and when I’d call up there and I could do something right he’d call me right back and let me know how to do it and what to do the next step and I’m kind of cell phone illiterate so I can’t do much on it by myself I can text and I can send messenger, but I don’t know how to do the email so my granddaughter in law was here yesterday and so she ran she sent it for me and I really appreciate Stevens diligence that keeping in touch and finding out what my needs were I thank him very much

Stephen was very helpful. My first order was mistakenly shipped without the serum but when I explained the issue, he sorted it right away for me. The response time when I emailed was close to instant for all service representatives but Stephen was the one who ultimately fixed me up.

Matthew was of great assistance during a very messed up process of getting my delivery in my hands. He was very understanding of my dilemma. I finally received my order and I believe it was Matthew that helped with that. I have not had very good customer service lately and Matthew helped so much.

I was Very pleasantly surprised to get the call from my Skin Care Consultant, JOANNE. She told me exactly how to use the device And helped me re-order the serums I needed to get the best results. She will Also, and This is unheard of in the customer service universe, check in with me Monthly, to see how I’m doing and if I’ve had favorable results. What?? I have Never had customer service to this degree.

This company Very obviously stands by its products as well as being concerned about the customer. Impressive!

My Consultant, JOANNE, was pleasant, patient, kind and answered all my questions, and I had several. She was also, and this was Very much appreciated, Genuinely friendly. I felt cared About!

I will begin using the device just as soon as I receive my serums. I so hope I get actual positive results but if I don’t, God forbid, it certainly won’t be due to any lack of customer service. The rest is up to Me and I intend to do my treatments twice daily, as recommended.

I believe I will also order the Renewa Micro-Infusion System and do that weekly or every couple of weeks. I look forward to noticeable positive results. Fingers (and toes!) crossed.

I have seen mixed reviews for these products and they obviously have some aggressive marketing with wondrous claims But I am willing to give it a try because I want the results they Claim are possible. We shall see.

In short however, I Was very pleased with and impressed by Joanne, my assigned Skin Care Consultant. I Will use the device and associated serums and give it a shot.

Joanne was very accommodating and answered my questions thoroughly. She was patient with me and clearly knew what she was talking about. I am pleased with how the company demonstrates care and interest by providing actual human support to facilitate a better outcome. Thank you.
