Ordered a month ago and still waiting for it !

Whether the product works or not, which is TBD, their unscrupulous subscription practices, and a refund policy on unopened or unused packages that requires you to return irems to China at your expense, I would urge potential customers to understand the poor level of customer service with this company. Purchase at your own risk!

trynoralife.com is very pushy in selling their products.
they just send you products without reordering and charge you from your bank without your authourity.
Vey bad customers service, and when request for refund they offer you 10% discounted so that you don't return.
I was charge £144.00 for 3 packs of 60 soft gels, I didn't receive for what they charge for the second £48.00 charges. I demand a refund. I will put reviews of the company in Trust reviews.

It does nothing to lower my sugar. I've been taking it for a couple months and you still try sending me more every month

I’ve been charged a further amount when I didn’t order it I’ve tried to use the automated response to ask for a refund and that doesn’t work either so I’ve had to email them first a refund and stop any further orders which I didn’t order

Avoid at all costs you can not cancel even helpline false this company is very untrustworthy worthy took subscription without permission from my 80 year old grandad and now they can't be reached hiding in America or so it says

I would give zero stars if I could. Noralife is a SCAM. They don’t deserve even 1 star. I made a purchase of their Krill Oil and noticed on the confirmation email they sent that I was automatically subscribed to receive monthly deliveries. I tried with numerous emails (since Oct.13) back & forth to cancel the subscription and their system of deceit is so convoluted it’s appalling. Trynoralife.com is one website their products are on. Their customer service is Neurobella. They claimed I didn’t have an account associated with my email which was ridiculous since they sent the initial confirmation of sale to my email. I thought it was a company based in Norway, but once the order was shipped I saw it was coming from China. I then realized this was another Chinese scam site. In any case, I’ve cancelled my CC & will pursue them for to the full extents available if they find a way to charge me & continue with the subscription. I will also try to return their product. NEVER PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY Noralife.

I was unable to cancel my subscription and was charged 2 x £49.99 for product I did not want.

Today is Oct. 19. I ordered on Oct. 4. After 15 days still no delivery.
Tracking info is a bunch of excuses.
Pretty hard to leave a good review for an item that is not delivered.

I'm adding my 1-star review to the many others. Noralife set me up for a subscription without my knowledge. I have tried multiple times to cancel to no avail. Customer service and responsiveness (other than charging me each month) is abysmal. The cost is unreasonable. I have found the same Ceylon cinnamon in my local drug store for 1/6 the price. Don't get taken!
