When I received my order from Eden, it was missing the wrap. After contacting Eden, Hazel quickly responded saying another wrap would be sent. Her followup and prompt attention was greatly appreciated. I received the wrap days later. Thank you!

My castor bottle arrived timely but was missing the pad but Ella from Customer Service sent it out right away after I contacted them via emailand even followed up with me to make sure everything was OK. I’ve used it a couple of times so I am unable to report on the products effectiveness just yet.

I want to complete my review mentioning the excellent experience I had with Ella from customer service. They even fixed the misunderstanding by sending the missing item. So I have to reconsider my initial review and give them 5 stars.

Yes, compression wrap is great, been using it regularly. Love that it's made of Bamboo as well. Great value and good quality.

I am enjoying the Castor Oil Detox Packs very much. I use one for myself and my sleep has improved. The second one is being used for my Husband who had skin problems which I think were caused by Parasites. After using the Castor Oil treatment his skin improved a lot, which makes me really happy. So far I can only recommend your products as a happy customer and hope more people will benefit from using it .

Since I started using the Castor oil pack at bedtime, I sleep all night. It's been years since I was able to do that. It also makes my skin feel smooth and velvety. I'm going to explore the different ways to use it. Thank you so much for this product.
