Could not fault the service at all from start to finish. From our first enquiry to finally becoming accredited we were looked after by each member of the team. The process was straightforward and not intimidating at all despite the rigorous checks they have in place. Special thanks to Simone,John and Beth who helped make the process a smooth one.

Great company to have work for you
The guys were very pleasant and easy to talk to.
They did a professional job and completed the electrification of 3 garage doors in about 5 hours which we thought was exceptional .They went through the workings of the remotes and demonstrated the operation fully
They cleaned up after they had finished
They stuck to the quoted price which we found most acceptable.
We would not hesitate to recommend James and his son Ryley ,they were a pleasure to deal with.
Thanks for a great job well done and I now don't have to struggle physically trying to open any of the doors..

Joining Which
Joining Which? Trusted Traders was an engaging and challenging experience made easier by the staff, namely my initial contact Adrian, assessor Tim and most especially Endorsement Coordinator Simone Fitzgerald who was patient, polite and friendly throughout the initial process. I look forward to working with Kirsty going forward.

An Upgrade With Distinction
The task of upgrading our water softener unit was carried out expertly by a very capable engineer from The Pure Water People. It is a supplier that we have used for nearly 30 years and we have always trusted that any maintenance work carried out over that time will be of the highest standard. On this occasion Mike did an excellent job!
