Working with Ignas was great! He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive- something that is very hard to find in this industry. Most importantly, the resulting architectural plans were perfect and exactly what we expected!

Excellent Customer Service
Truoba was very responsive to my inquiries and worked with me to make sure my plan was exactly what I wanted, including following up with me after I had a chance to look at the plans. Everything was as expected. The site plan had to be updated when we found a new lot, which the architect was happy to do. I also appreciated the advice the architect gave on positioning the house on the property. Overall I'm very satisfied. I will try to update this review (if allowed) after we build our house.

Value of working with an architect
We know the value of working with an architect in designing a home because we worked with a friend who is an architect in designing and building a new home a number of years ago. Recently, faced with the challenge of building a just right, down-sized vacation home we didn’t want to impose on our friend again and were pleased to learn about Truoba. It was useful to be able to search through the many home plans available on the Truoba website and find one close to what we hoped to build and use that to jump-start our customized project. The Truoba architect, Ignas Stancikas, was timely and thoughtful in responding to our many requests and questions as we worked together to customize the home plan for our particular needs and building site. We were pleased with the process and the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Truoba to others who are considering building a new home.

Great customization service!
We chose a floor plan but needed a couple of modifications for our home. When we contacted Truoba the Architect we worked with provided a newer version of the design we had chosen. We liked the newer design but wanted to change a few things on the floor plan. The Architect worked through all of our requests, provided drawings for us to review and approve prior to any payment. This is a great service!! We purchased the drawing PDF set and are on our way to construction! Drawing set was complete and accurate.

Truoba -- Excellent Designs and Responsiveness
I found a home design I liked in a website on line which allowed me to communicate directly with the architect. That is often required because of various differences in the owner's property and many other considerations.
Truoba was extremely responsive to my requests. If he told me a date he would have a change ready for me to see -- he always met or exceeded that date. I'd hire him again in the future if I ever were to consider building another home.

Urban contemporary gem!
We love this floor plan. We have lived tiny for five years and we’re looking to live small with the same attention to efficiency , beauty and comfort. The plans were here on time and look wonderful. We are on the beginning of this building journey and will add further reviews as we go. This is truly a unique floor plan!
