I had been looking for the perfect mid mod style house plan, but kept coming up short on exactly what I had in mind. I cannot remember how I found Truoba, but I am so thrilled I did. The stock house plan was nearly perfect, but we tweaked a few things. Ignas was extremely responsive and made the changes we wanted. Purchasing was simple and straightforward and the plans were delivered via pdf within a few days. I love that the house plans come with a window and door schedule which make everything that much easier. Fantastic business and I would use them again and again. Thank you, Ignas and the rest of the Truoba team.

Truoba was very easy to work with.
They flipped the design, added a garage, reversed the house so the back became the front and removed & added a door. The cost was very reasonable for such details plans provided in the end.

I enjoy the modern feel of the design. Although small it is just me and my dog so I do not need much but the 650sf of house is beautiful

Truoba has proven to me to be a quality design partner to work with. Ignas my architect has been exceptional through this process with me. He has walked me through the design phase and given me helpful suggestions along the way. Ignas worked with me for months on revising my plans to my liking, as my mind would change a lot with modifications I wanted to the original plans. The service he gave was quickly addressed to suit my needs. All of this done with no payment until the final house plan was drawn up. He definitely has the patience of a saint in my eyes.

Some of the revisions that my engineer wanted for our area were done at no charge to me by Ignas. This is another fantastic added service from such a great company to work with.

I have to say, I have total trust in Truoba and I highly recommend Truoba's beautiful house plans along with the wonderful customer care and service that I received, which you will too.

Love the refreshing and unique designs Truoba offers. After originally selecting and modifying the 119 in order to capture nearby mountain views, I ended up working with Ignas to create a custom home based on a longhouse.
