Truoba is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!

I was drawn to the Truoba designs because I LOVE the elevations and the layouts seemed to really "make sense" from a functionality-perspective... but I knew I would want to make some adjustments. The architect, Ignas, was able to modify one of Truoba's existing plans to suit my needs and style perfectly. The entire process was very smooth! Ignas was great to work with and very prompt to always answer my questions as well as to create my final blue print package. My house is now rough-framed and I am thrilled with the aesthetics and layout!

I ordered house plans from Truoba and have had nothing but an amazing experience! I sent requests for minor changes several times (a lot!!!) and each time I received a quick response and was sent the new plans within a day or two. Building a home is stressful and it was so wonderful to have had zero stress with Truoba and such great customer service!.

We found TRUOBA after viewing many houseplans online. We loved the aesthetics of the drawings presented by TRUOBA. Once we chose from the plans offered, we contacted the company to inquire about the process of purchasing and designing our vacation home. Every point of contact via email was quickly acknowledged and questions promptly answered. We love our final drawings and we are looking forward to the building process. Our experience with Truoba was fantastic! Ignas was very responsive and helped us make customizations to the plans we choose for our home. The process was so easy and quick. We've also had some questions from our builder and will have some engineering changes due to the climate we are building in. Ignas has been a great resource and super helpful in making minor tweaks to the plans following our purchase of them. We can't wait to see the finished product!

We ordered the plans for Truoba Mini 221 and had some alterations made. Ignas was a pleasure to work with! I could not be more happy with Truoba. I found the website when I was at a very low point: overwhelmed and frustrated and losing hope that I would ever find the right house plan. My husband and I want a simple yet stylish modern, energy-efficient, right-sized house in which to spend our retirement years. There are many small house plans available, but few of the ones I've seen have the fresh modern style of Truoba's. Equally important is the company's emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency. Working with owner Ignas Stancikas was incredibly easy, a wonderful experience. He responded to my emails promptly, and he communicates clearly. I'm still amazed that I got to work with such a talented architect.

We fell in love with one of the Truoba plans, it had a unique style and detailed architectural elements that were looking for but it didn't fit on our lot. They were so responsive and helped us make the necessary changes to make it work for us and we couldn't be happier with the results!

Ignas was incredible to work with. Over a period of 6-7 weeks, Ignas went above and beyond to make modifications and changes to an already existing plan - but I felt like what we got was a custom home. We experienced impeccable communication and willingness to go above what was expected to create our dream home. Truoba was always prompt to respond to emails and had our plans with all the requested modifications and additions in less than 7 weeks - which I was told by other competitors the process was going to take a few months at minimum. The experience of working with Truoba to customize our floor plan was extremely pleasant. After searching through pages and pages of other house plans on the internet, we finally found the Truoba site and a floor plan that checked many boxes and fit our style. Their website is organized, detailed, and easy to navigate. 

We wanted to make a few modifications, and Ignas (the architect) was very easy to work with and proved to be a valuable resource. We appreciated how promptly he answered our questions, the input of a professional architect, and the time he took to go back and forth with us. Thinking about building your dream home? Finding a great set of plans online that meet all your needs is a daunting and time consuming necessary first step. We found TROUBA House Plans online early in our searching and decided to contract with them after reading reviews from some of their very satisfied customers. The highest compliment I can pay TROUBA came from my builder, who, with some 25 years of commercial and residential building experience, has seen and worked with hundreds of plans. My builder described TROUBA's plans as excellent in quality, clarity, completeness, detail and design. My experience was superb and the architect worked patiently with me until I was completely satisfied with the result. The architect was very informative about the whole process and there were never any surprises throughout the project. His word was GOLD! Ignas was timely and very pleasant to work with on The Truoba 218 house plans. Through the many changes we made and up to some of the last ones we are still working on, he has been quick to respond and more than happy to accommodate our questions and changes to the plans. We love the look of this home and are very excited to move on to the next phase.

Working with Ignas was an all around great experience. He was and continues to be very prompt and responsive. All of my emails and calls to him were responded to quickly. We made changes to the original layout and Ignas made great suggestions as to what he thought would work the best with the initial plans. He asked questions about details as well like, where we would like to place the HVAC etc... If you are looking for a unique house plan that doesn't look cookie cutter with the ability to make changes to suit your needs and wants, Truoba is defiantly the company that you want to go with.
