Agree with many of the reviewers here. They do not comply with the Distance Selling Regulations and do not accept returns in the 14 days cooling off period.

Their AI glasses did not perform as expected and they kept asking for evidence (which was provided) and then offered a 20% refund because the photochromatic lenses don't actually work. However, the key point is that a reason does not need to be given and returns should be accepted and refunds should be given within the 14 days.

If they do come through and accept the return and refund me the full amount I will change this review but it does not seem likely after 3 email exchanges!

Purchased a smart ring. Unfortunately, it does not fit and there is not much smart about it as it will not link up with any fitness functions like apple fitness etc. I asked to send it back and was told that there would be no point as it would cost more than the ring was worth to post to Hong Kong. Strange, as the address on the package was in the UK and their email says UK support. They now just reply every time to the last 10 emails with a re sizing chart and offering another useless ring. Completely useless and wouldn’t buy another thing from this company; Beware!

Refus clair de respecter leur propre politique de retour.
Je saisis la DGCCRF et lance un litige bancaire.
À éviter absolument.

j'ai commandé des lunettes AI et une caméra de chasse.... les 2 sont une véritable ARNAQUE
les lunettes ne fonctionnent absolument pas , l'appli plante dès qu'on essaie de lancer une traduction
Quant à la caméra, il faut un abonnement 4G et il manque la moitié des éléments permettant de la fixer ...près de 300€ jetés par la fenêtre

I recently bought a router for £99. It was difficult to try to set up, the platform often timed out, sometimes the language changed to Chinese. I contacted their customer service on day one that I'd like to return the product and get full refund. First they offered technical support, I told them I'd like to return the product. They told me I must pay for the postage myself, i said that's fine. From that point every day they've replied with rubbish answer not giving return address just offering a percentage they are willing to refund. After 25% every day I got the same "offer". Because they ignore my request for the item to be returned and get a full refund, eventually I agreed to the 25% today. Let's see if they will pay 25% back.

I found this ignorant behaviour UNETHICAL and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company is happy to sell but takes no responsibility when it comes to return. Their return policy is NOT EXISTENT.

I had a terrible experience with them and will not ever buy anything from them nor recommend anyone to do so.

Now I ended up with something I can't use because basically they bullied me to either take the 25% offer or leave it, they stamp their feet and keep ignoring my request for return and full refund. Unacceptable.

I recently purchased translator earbuds from this company and unfortunately needed to return it as it doesn't translate instantly as claimed.
Despite clearly stating my legal right to a full refund under French consumer law, the customer service team has repeatedly ignored my requests and instead offered partial compensation, increasing incrementally from 5% to 20%.

This approach is not only unacceptable but also unlawful. The company seems to be unwilling to comply with the legal obligations regarding the right of withdrawal for online purchases. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue amicably, but the customer service team continues to disregard my rights as a consumer.

I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from this company. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself facing a similar uphill battle to get the service and respect you deserve.

I purchased the 4K camera. On the top left of the camera is the mode wheel which when turned moves through the various modes e.g. vidoe, photo, lapse etc. When a new mode is selected there should be a display symbol on the rear screen to confirm the chosen mode. This sometimes appears, sometimes not, when it has previously appeared and you return to it, it doesn't, when it didn't previously appear it sometimes does when you return to it. In short, a completely random fault. I have sent proof of the fault including videos to the company and have had protracted email correpondence with them but they have fobbed me off with excuses on every occasion. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE COMPANY NOR THEIR PRODUCT despite the price - 'you get what you pay for' as the saying goes.

I decided to return it, strictly following their return policy, which clearly states that returns are accepted within a certain timeframe and under specific conditions.

It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to see a company that blatantly disregards its own stated policies just to save a few dollars.

Received the Iron. Noticed no make appears on the box. Reluctant to use, as I have no idea of the quality. Some Chinese writing on the box. I would like to return, but like other customers, where do you return to

Bought a pair of smart glasses.. When they artived the style and fit was awful. Started the returns process. They did everything they could to put me off. Customer service is terrible.

We ordered an iron 16th July, from Trovoro, which arrived 21st July. It was very lightweight and not the quality we expected so I looked at their returns policy which involves “requesting the return address” which I did 3 days ago. Responses from Trovoro appear in my inbox, overnight, so I suspect they’re from China and to date, they still haven’t supplied the returns address. They are deliberately obstructive. They give 14 days to return, for a full refund but as I don’t know where to send it too, I’m running out of time. Looking at other reviews it appears others have the same experience. My advice would be, DO NOT BUY FROM TROVORO. 25/7/2025- another overnight contact telling me returns will be to Hong Kong and asking me to accept a discount. Still No address for return provided.
29th July 2025-I’m continuing to pursue Trovoro for a return address. I’ve contacted them every day since the item arrived and they refuse to give me the address. They are currently offering me a 30% reduction to keep the item and I’ve reiterated I want to return it and get my money back as specified in their returns policy.

I bought a Trovoreo 4G wildlife camera. The good news is that while the quality is excellent the less good news is the amount you pay to continue the 4G subscription plus the cloud storage charge.
I installed a pay as you go SIM card but lacked the technical ability to connect it to my
phone. Eventually I tried to return the camera. Trovoro told me that, as this was due to a personal issue, I had to go through a complex and self funded process to return it to Hong Kong. As an option they offered me e 5% money back

COUNTERFIT PRODUCTS. This company sell cheap products from China. They are not quality. I ordered the smart ring after reading what I now believe to be a scam review, you can purchase the ring from Amazon for much less than what they are charging. The quality is poor, and stopped working after 24hrs, it no longer connected to my phone and the QR code no longer scans.

Their website claim they offer full refunds to be delivered to an address in Germany and to contact the company to arrange the return. I have contacted and requested return details 6 times, I have responses like "We are sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience..." & "We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our product experience" but still no return details.

An absolutely abhorent company, probably run from SOMEONE'S, kitchen or bedroom.
Products they advertise and sell are completely inferior, made in China of the worst quality, they are obviously a retail agent for Chinese suppliers.
SUPPORT DEPARTMENT, to be polite is underhand and evasive ,to say the least

The reviewers for the products they forward are obviously paid agents who help promote the crap they sell.
Dealing with this third party, disgraceful scam of a so called company, is almost impossible.

I have, unfortunately, had previous dealings with this company when they were trading under the name Bruxera. They have changed their name, which is all the evidence you need that this organisation is fraudulent and shady, but in case you require further evidence, please feel free to read on and I will share my experience.

I came across Bruxera when looking to purchase a digital camera. I was doing my research, and reading reviews I found on Google. I found a review that I now know to be fake and fraudulent that linked to a camera being sold by Bruxera.

I purchased this camera after reading such a glowing review and then reading the description on Bruxera's website. What I received was a much inferior product that was barely capable of taking a single photograph. The photos were blurry and of incredibly image poor quality. Not at all what the website promised.

Their website claimed that they offered full refunds but when you attempt to contact them to obtain a refund, they refuse, instead offering you a 5%, a 10%, a 15% and ultimately a 20% refund (if you're lucky and persistent enough) to keep the product.

They will not give you a return address or assist you with the returns process at all.

I eventually had to get my money back by contacting the bank and using the charge back feature.

If you look up Bruxera in Trust Pilot you will find many more similar reviews to corroborate mine.

I know that Trovoro is the same company as Bruxera, because I came across them in exactly the same way, although I was much more savvy this time after my experience with Bruxera.

I was doing research on Smart Glasses, similar to the Meta Glasses, and I came across a review that looked suspiciously familiar, as the format and layout were incredibly similar to that of the review I had seen for the Bruxera Digital Camera.

I followed the link in the review to the Trovaro website, and was taken to a website that was identical to the Bruxera website, only under a different business name and domain.

I went back to the Bruxera website to find that it has been removed. However, I have screenshots of the Bruxera website which clearly shows it is identical to the Trovoro website in every way except the name, should anyone require any evidence.

So Bruxera.net are now trading under Trovoro.com, but are still using the same fraudulent business practices.

In summary, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company is absolutely disgraceful. They sent a product that was misrepresented and lacked any safety certification. When I tried to return it, the company refused to provide proper return instructions and kept replying with copy-paste emails offering a 30% discount instead, completely ignoring what was actually written in the customer's messages. They are clearly not reading emails, and their responses make no sense. It feels like a scam operation. Do not buy this mask. Avoid this company at all costs.

Very low quality, the casing feels very cheap and the viewing screen isnt high enough quality to get a sense of what you're shooting. I asked to return it to the company, and I keep receiving a 5% compensation offer and no information on how to return it dispite refusing the compensation.
This isnt a legitimate seller.

I looked at Brexera/Trovoro reviews of steam irons and they all appeared positive. The iron appeared top for 2024. I needed a light good quality iron due to hand pains. On paper this seemed to fit the bill. On arrival the iron appeared already used. No name or info with it. Not even a purchase invoice. The flex was way too short. No British standard marking checks. I contacted the company within the 14 days asking to return product as not fit for purpose. All I got was 1 keep iron and get 5% off as good will!!! 2 keep 10% 3 repeat email of second. Then no reply. Adds for iron changed or taken down. No further contact from company. Fear this is a cheap nasty Chinese company preying on vulnerable people. AVOID at ALL COSTS
