Garbage. Ordered two smart rings 3 months ago, one for me one for the wife. One ring full charge doesn't last a couple of hours now. The other not much better. Wife didn't like silver so got her the gold coloured one, that's now silver too. Go for more expensive better known brands unfortunately.

ARNAQUE TOTALE ! J'ai commandé sur ce site une bague connectée en ayant pris connaissance des possibilités et délai de retour (dans les 15 jours après réception). La bague s'est avérée fausse dans toutes ses mesures. J'ai donc demandé un retour et remboursement 5 jours après réception. Ils m'ont répondu toujours le même mail demandant un échange plutôt qu'un retour et remboursement sans jamais me donner d'adresse de renvoi.
Site à éviter absolument !

Bonjour, j'ai acheté des lunettes connectées TROVORO, pas mal, honnêtement, je suis surprise MAIS 2 utilisations : la branche de déboîte, le son grésille et c'est fini... Bon, Je contacte le service après vente, en même temps, ça fait 2 semaines à peine que je les ai : 1 mail, 2 mails, 3, 4... Des réponses très polie mais RIEN, ils demandent des vidéos comme preuve mais ILS NE FONT RIEN ET MÊME, NE RÉPONDENT PLUS ! Une HONTE.
FUYEZ, moi je vais attaquer la firme avec 30 millions de consommateurs.

If I could give no stars I would. I can’t comment on the camera because it never arrived. Customer service is beyond awful and frustrating and simply don’t care. I cannot stress enough do not buy!!

Compré unos cascos qué decidí devolver sin abrir.
Cuando pedí la devolución, me exigieron restar 35€ del precio más un 15% adicional por costes de reposición, cuando la ley exige que se devuelva el importe exacto de la compra.
También me indicaban que la dirección de devolución fuera a honkong con costes extra de aduanas.
Me cuesta más iniciar actos legales contra ellos que agua tarde con algo que no vale.

Pire site que j'ai vu. Impossible d'avoir un retour. Service inadmissible. A fuir!

Malgré le."fr" tout arrive de Chine résultat il demande 3semaines pour livrer.
Dès réception de leur mail ( jour de l'achat) je demande d'annuler car seulement de passage .
Résultat, rien!
4 mails en tout insistant sur le fait que commandé le jour même il serait judicieux d'annuler cette dernière avant d'engager des frais.
Résultat rien!

Purtroppo non posso dare meno di una stella. È gentile definirli disonesti. Vendono giocattoli e non macchine fotografiche. Violano, disinvoltamente, le norme sulle vendite on line e sulla tutela dei consumatori, rendendo impossibile i resi. Rispondono alle email con un msg automatico e poi, decorsi 14 giorni, non ti degnano neppure del riscontro automatico. Mai avuto a che fare con aziende tanto disoneste.

El día 02/09/2025 hago el pedido de una plancha de la marca Trovoro, guiado por las buenas opiniones o reseñas de la misma. La recibo el 11/09/2025
Comienza el calvario. Pruebo repetidas veces la plancha y en cada uno de los intentos, observo varios fallos que en una plancha nueva son inadmisibles. Pierde agua (me deja la ropa mojada) y la plancha se hace interminable. Y lo sorprendente, le cuesta mucho eliminar las arrugas. Hay que insistir repetidamente, más pérdida de tiempo.
El día 24/09/2025 solícito hacer una devolución. Me piden que les envíe algún video en donde se vea los problemas que he citado anteriormente. Así lo hago y reconocen que la plancha no está en condiciones porque me proponen un cambio, el cual no acepte. Pido me envíen las instrucciones para hacer el envío de la plancha defectuosa tal y como esta reflejado en su web, y solícito a su vez el reembolso (99€)
Después de insistir repetidamente pidiendo hacer la devolución y posterior reembolso en un cruce de más de SIETE correos a horas intempestivas, en donde los correos se repiten una y otra vez con el siguiente texto:
"Estimado cliente,
¡Hola! Gracias por tu correo electrónico.
Podemos cambiarle la plancha por una nueva. ¿Lo aceptaría?
¡Gracias nuevamente por su paciencia y apoyo!
Atentamente,
Saludos cordiales,
Linda"
Hoy día 29/09/2025 han dejado de enviar este correo con este texto (creo que es una respuesta automática) Conclusión, he pagado por una plancha que supuestamente era de calidad, pero que al tener un problema el servicio de atención al cliente es inexistente. Me siento timado y tengo un electrodoméstico (plancha) que no me sirve y ni me la cambian y menos me devuelven el importe que pague por algo que funciona mal.

Atrocious service! I initially googled iron reviews & this Trovoro steam iron came highly recommended. So I looked at Trovoro who stocked it & their website stated exclusively based in Netherlands so I thought ok a week or so delivery. The iron finally arrived today (29th Sept) it has taken 20! days since dispatch & it arrived from Yanwen in China! Yes this company use their website to entice you to buy with false advertising as they dropship goods from China. I contacted them a few times & they stated item was out of stock so they used their company in China, apologies etc & should be 12-15 days delivery. I tried to cancel but told item on route so cant be changed. So bottom line DO NOT USE, I believe the website to be a scam that is actually a China based drop shipment. Yes I got my item but 20+ days delivery. Also lesson learned to read other reviews, as many other customers have stated the same facts. SHOP ELSEWHERE & GOOGLE Malwaretips, they have fully explained in detail how this company work. "AVOID"🚩🚩🚩👇

If the like the product it might be OK, but if there is a problem with the product you’ve really going to have trouble. My digital photo frame wouldn't stand up.
Since then there have been over 30 emails to try & get my money back. All these emails seem to be robot generated. They seem reluctant to provide a return address but finally their offer is for a 70% refund & I can keep the faulty machine I.e. I lose 30% of my money. Unbelievable.
Finally handed over to credit card company who were able quickly to recover a full refund.
Think very carefully before using this company!!!!

attention arnaque ! j ai acheter des lunettes connectées que j ai reçu assez rapidement qui sont de très mauvaises qualités. je les ai contacté pour les retourner mais font traînée la procédure et ne cesse de me demander de leur envoyer des vidéos. au bout de plusieurs mails ils me répondent en gros qu il vaudrait mieu que j evite de renvoyer le produit car cela me coûterais 30% plus 15% du produit + frais de retour +...le produit doit être renvoyer en Chine. Pleins de contraintes pour moi qui n été pas du tout marquer sur leur site. Ne commandais surtout pas chez eux.

I cannot get the camera to function at all without a 4G connection which uses a dedicated SIM. The subscription costs are not cheap and I balked at getting drawn in. What I saw of the video quality before it stopped working was not particularly great. I put it down to expensive experience and bought a GardePro

I immediately asked for a refund. I now have a trail of emails. Trovoro repeating the same message.' We can off you a 5% refund and a new iron". I keep saying 'I would like a refund please'. There have been 8 emails from them repeating the same message!!!!
This is no way to treat a customer and meanwhile I don't have an iron that works!

I have ordered photo camera , to return the item back to them is almost impossible! I had to ask courier company to investigate is that my parcel was delivered or not , once I get delivery confirmation that my parcel was successfully returned ,Trovoro still keeps that they haven’t received anything yet!
Key points:
- don’t believe in their return policy or promises, even in writing!
- don’t believe in refunds, amount etc!
- don’t believe in what they suggest you !
To get my money back I had to contact my bank dispute team to get part of my money back!
Avoid this company!
