I cancelled my order within 2 hrs of placing it. I sent 3 emails but they ignored them all. They then sent an email the following day to say its on its way and would take 10-15 days to arrive. The customer service is terrible. I would not deal with this company. They offered a small discount but i don't ever want to deal with this company again.

J'ai commander des lunettes connectées qui ne sont encore a ce jour jamais arrivé depuis le 22/07/2025. On est en septembre. Vu qu'ils ne veulent pas rembourser je fait une demande de rétro facturation auprès de ma banque. Plus jamais chez eux !

J'utilise cet appareil photo depuis quelques semaines. Pour le prix, je trouve que la qualité est tout à fait correcte.

Absolutely avoid this outfit like the plague. They will use every tactic to avoid accepting returns under UK consumer rights law. See the latest below:

If you insist on returning your product for a refund, please note the following:
1. Cancellations not due to quality issues will incur a 30 GBP initial shipping fee + a 15% restocking fee, and we do not provide return labels.
2. Our return address is different from the address on the package and we only accept returns to the address we provide. If you send the package to a different address, we will not be able to accept it, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the product without permission.
3. You will need to ship the product back to Hong Kong, and you will be responsible for the return shipping, customs clearance fees, and import country taxes.
4. We recommend that you indicate a lower customs value to avoid incurring high taxes and fees. Customs clearance fees and taxes will be borne by you and will be deducted from the refund.
5. We are not responsible if the package is lost during shipping or is returned for other reasons (such as customs detention).

Returns are very troublesome and disadvantageous to both parties. Can we offer a 5% refund on your order? I hope you can keep the product and not request a return. I look forward to your response.

Ne pas commander sur le site !!! J’ai reçu un produit d’affectueux ou l’ont m’a demandé d’envoyer les preuves de cela, chose qui a été faite et depuis on me fait des copié collé d’un mail en me proposant 15% de remise car ils ne veulent pas envoyer les procédure de retour. Cela fait plus de 10 jours qu’ils envoient le même mail. Vraiment je déconseille c’est une catastrophe.

Ne pas commander sur ce site! Les produits sont livrés de Chine, d'une qualité douteuse!
J'ai demandé l'annulation de ma commande 16min après avoir commandé, ma demande a été refusée car soi-disant la commande était déjà en préparation. Pour le retour des produits, c'est aux frais du client, avec une pénalité de 30€ déduite du montant de la commande. De plus, ils ont tout fait pour me dissuader de renvoyer le produit (rasoir tête chauve). J'ai ouvert un litige avec ma banque.

Devo dare una stella per forza! Non ne darei nessuna!!! Vergognosi! Acquistato microscopio, dove alla fine purtroppo l immagine non è chiara, continuano a chiedermi un video per altro impossibile... E continuano a prendere tempo.... Azienda per niente seria da evitare!

Ojo son unos timadores,compré una afeitadora por 90 euros y la misma la venden en Temu por 13 euros cuidado son una estafa

Do not trust Trovoro; they will not accept a return request, for any reason, even when it's within their own returns policy. They will offer a small discount instead (possibly via an automated chatbot, usually 10-20%, never more than 25%), repeatedly, no matter what you say, even when you're entitled to a full refund. I've lodged a complaint and am claiming back via my credit card. Steer clear.

Wildlife camera and app don't work. Tech support team ask me to send videos + photos, which I have done - now going round in circles. Will not engage when I ask them (3 times) to provide return details for a refund.

Paid for a premium digital photo frame via Trovoro. I received a completely different brand uhale. Which appears to be quite budget and much cheaper on Amazon. Request for refund ignored and simply stated you'll like.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, Don't bother you will end up with crap and lose your money.

Not even worth one star.
Impossible to return goods.
Total prevarication with every communication.

Why are this company permitted to trade in the UK? I sent 5 emails requesting cancellation then return of unwanted item. The German return address given in their T&C's does not exist. They do not have any return/refund policy. They do not respond to repeated return requests. UK fair trading need to shut down these scammers.

I FINALLY GOT THE ADDRESS TO RETURN MY FAULTY GLASSES. HOWEVER....
AFTER PAYING £30 TO RETURN THEM VIA ROYAL MAIL, IT SHOWS THAT THE ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST.
I AM CURRENTLY SEEKING LEGAL ACTION, NOT FOR THE MONEY BUT FOR PRINCAPLE.

Ne rase rien ou quasi rien, même le lendemain d'un rasage au rasoir à lame. Affligeant, matériel ultra bas de gamme. Sinon commande et livraison ok mais pourquoi commander un produit qui ne sert à rien

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star! Do not order !! Stupidity I ordered through them and tried to cancel my order once o read reviews ( should have researched first) the order was not shipped when I tried to cancel but was notified it was now ! I’ve sent 4 emails today’s asking for the return address so I can return it on its arrival. They have not provided this and keep avoiding the question! They did say I could refuse it and they will charge me £30 which is ridiculous . I’m curious to know if anyone has managed to return and what the cost was????

Je confirme que c’est une arnaque.
Ils vendent des produits au rabais avec des publicités mensongères et refusent les retours ensuite.

I’ve had the same issue as the people above my smart ring wasn’t accurate despite me repairing snd rebooting.I then contacted the customer services and was asked if I wanted a replacement and I said I wanted a full refund and every time I responded and went back and forth with them I received the same automated response!
Absolutely shocking customer service there is not a phone number listed and the email response is either a bot or someone who is clearly very useless as I have repeatedly asked for a refund and only given the same response!

ATTENTION !!!! N'ACHETEZ RIEN, NE COMMANDEZ RIEN rien sur ce site, le rapport qualité prix est désastreux, le matériel n'est absolument pas de bonne qualité, le service après vente n'accepte pas les retours mais propose une ristourne ridicule ! Celà fait quelque jours que malgré mes réclamations, on me renvoie STRICTEMENT le même message avec ''une proposition de remboursement de 20 % tout en conservant le matériel. ''
