I have ordered on a regular basis for over a year from Tropical Sun because they stock quality items that I find hard to get elswhere and all orders are safely wrapped and arrive on time.

Solid company, I have recently ordered for the first time and will be coming back for sure. Massive range of exotic food products, often not found in shops.

Tropical Sun Foods… amazing company to order from… they have so much on line in terms of herbs/ spices , teas and other useful items thaty you can’t find in your local supermarket. The prices are amazing too… Orders come on time and are packaged very well so no damage on arrival. Brilliant company! Will be using them from now on!

I found this company by accident, when I was searching for a food supplier online, that could provide quality hot chilli sauces, to satisfy my cravings for heat!
I tried Sun Tropical's Carolina Reaper hot chilli sauce and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The taste is mind-blowing and the flavours are out of this world! 🌶️🔥 I've tried so many sauces that "claim" to be hot, but this one is on a whole new level!! 🥵 I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again and recommend to anyone who is serious about their hot sauces. 🔥 🔥 Beware though... it's not for the faint-hearted and these Carolina Reaper chillies really do bite back!

I ordered tea bags from this company, it is easy to order. I got to know about them via word of mouth. Loads more products on their website. Will definitely be ordering the tea bags again.
They communicated in a timely manner to my queries.

In early 2024 I bought a tin of Tropical Sun's banana blossom (BBE: October 2024), which I finally pulled out of the cupboard to cook with in July 2024.

Unfortunately, the tin had inflated due to Clostridium Botulinum, so it was not safe to use, despite still being 'in date'.

I contacted Tropical Sun Foods on 17th July and they responded the same day asking for a few specific details about the batch number, photos, where I bought it etc. I provided all of the requested information the same day.

It is now 19th December; 5 months have passed and they have not responded to me, and as far as I can tell they have done nothing about the health risk posed by their contaminated product.

Not only have I wasted my money on a product that I cannot use, but the company's failure to acknowledge the health risks posed by selling products contaminated with Clostridium Botulinum is extremely concerning.
