Recently tried the new microwave jollof rice and my goodness does it taste amazing.

Tropical Sun Foods has offered so many great products, their more recent products have impressed me, I'm glad they've sponsored their goods in superstore chains like Co-op.

My favourite product from them so far is their Tropical Sun Rich & Spicy Jollof Rice, microwavable, ready in 2mins, it's always out of stock in my local co-op (cambridge), I guess it's gaining popularity.

Lovely authentic root beer, just like I got in the USA. It feels and tastes just right.

I purchased 12 x packs of Tropical Sun soursop teabags from this company and it was an excellent choice. The price was the best I had seen so I was able to treat my friends to some packs as well. My order arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. The tea is absolutely delicious and I will definitely be buying more from this great company. They are certainly a great find.

Great tasting soup at a bargain

Finally got something I had been craving.

Placed an order mainly for the Root beer, but added some other stuff as well. Some syrups, tea and aloe vera drinks. Root beer is fabulous and can highly recommend the aloe vera drinks as well. The teas are refreshing and a pleasant sunrise tbh. The only thing that tastes a bit off was the cola syrup as it has a very chemical taste. Soursop juice is excellent as well. All arrived extremely well packaged. Will definitely be ordering again as I've nearly run out of root beer and want some more aloe vera drinks;.

Excellent service for this wonder tea. Am consciously trying to avoid using Amazon and it was a relief to find a company doing my favourite tea independently of them.

I recently purchased a pack of Tropical Sun Jollof Rice, and to say I’m disgusted would be an understatement. Upon opening the bag, I was hit with a foul smell, only to find the rice completely mouldy, mushy, and inedible. This is absolutely unacceptable!

I reached out to Tropical Sun's customer service, expecting at least an apology or some form of resolution, but the response has been atrocious. I’ve been ignored, given the runaround, and left with no compensation or even acknowledgment of the issue.

Selling such filthy, spoiled products is bad enough, but their lack of care for customers makes it even worse. I will never be buying from them again and strongly warn others to avoid their products unless they want a stomachache or a fight for basic customer service.

Sort this out, Tropical Sun!

I first got introduced to Tropical Sun products in Sainsbury's, then decided to buy directly from their online shop and had the most pleasant experience. The prices for the products and delivery are more than reasonable, my order was processed very quickly and I loved everything I ordered! What not to like? Will definitely do it again.
