Luis is great to work with! I would not recommend buying online since the price is usually different than what they end up getting you. But Luis was very helpful in adding and updating my reservation and was kind when I made a mistake.

Kate was very courteous and knowledgeable about my reservation and type of flights I wanted to book. She was very thorough with all information that was given and quick with response.

Scott gave me wonderful Customer Service. He was very patient and honest. His excellent service and great follow-up is the reason I even book the flight!!!

I'm traveling with my family of 6, so this is a large group. These are domestic flights, so I can't speak to the international travel experience with this organization. What I can say is that Scott was indeed extremely helpful and understood my desire to preference cost effectiveness for my family. He was attentive, and followed-up with my request. He worked diligently to ensure that I was informed every step of the way. My travel is in a few weeks, so I'll report back, but after verifying my tickets with the airline, I feel confident that everything is in order. I will for sure be utilizing this company again the later part of this year for additional travel reservations,

I would rate Kate Garcia a 5. She was professional, friendly and got me on a flight. I don’t usually like to use third party sites because I’ve been burnt before and I wasn’t happy when the round trip flights I chose came back 24 hours later as no more economy fares. Of course only I had to go for the higher fare because it was too late to book anything else. Kate was great that’s why I stayed with the booking.

I worked with Kate. I was skeptical of using this third party for flight reservations since it’s so much money. I was so excited I found a round trip to Seattle for 2 for under $500 on Fare Scraper…but then they called and said that price wasn’t available and it would be about $800. It’s still cheaper than going through Southwest, but I’m disappointed it wasn’t the price they had advertised when I gave them my card information. They were kind and good at communicating with emails for confirmation.

I haven't used a 3rd party to book a flight before, but was willing to try it since the prices were so high directly through Southwest, during spring break. The price I selected was about $650 for 2 tickets, but didn't hear anything back until the next day in the afternoon, and Ethan said that price isn't available any more, but would now be about double, $1,297 for 2 tickets, but that was the best price they could get me and I still needed the tickets and this price was less than going through Southwest directly, so I had to buy them. I wished it could have been closer to the price I chose, but flight times were descent and so I took it. Ethan explained why and helped me select flights that would work for my trip. He was pleasant to work with and followed up with me that made me more comfortable with using a 3rd party to book it. Thanks to Ethan he made it a little easier. It would have been a 5 star review if the price I chose was the price I would have received but gave it a 4 star due to Ethan's help and communication and pleasant customer service skills.
