Luis was very helpful in finding flights that met our needs and our budget. He offered many choices and was very good in communicating the choices and the different airline rules with carry-on items. My credit card company rejected the payment for the tickets and some follow-up was necessary. Luis stayed on top of it and helped with getting the payment to process correctly. I have 2 trips next year and if this one goes well without any problems, I will be contacting Luis again to accommodate me with those flights.
