The next day Duke contacted me to advise the booking had been rejected, he explained the reason completely. He gave me other options and the flight was booked without further issues. Was looking on the website and it shows a flight to Miami from Detroit advertised at$210 per person. Talk the rep over chat and he says that the flights fir $210 are sold out but can give us a flight at the same time and everything the same for $500.
This is considered to a bate and switch. Do do recommend anyone use this site for their bookings.

Duke Christopher is a horrible agent
Duke Christopher is a horrible agent. He helped me make the reservation and informed me I had a 24-hour free cancellation policy. The next day, the same flight was posted at a lower rate. I contacted him and he told me that he couldn’t honor the lower rate. I asked him to cancel my reservation and he argued with me for 30 minutes. Instead of helping me, he kept arguing why I wanted to cancel. He kept saying I should contact the other airlines and I would not get a lower rate than what I have. I called within the 24 hour window. Instead of being polite and helping me cancel, he kept arguing. I told him I only wanted to cancel and if he wouldn’t help me I would like to talk to another agent who could help me. Again he kept arguing and said in order for me to cancel, I would need to send an email. This is so ridiculous. I never met someone in customer service who was so argumentative and refused to help. I hung up and called again and got the same person. I asked to talk to someone else and he refused. I will never do business with this company again. Extremely poor service, argumentative and rude.

They are not actual travel agents! The flight you book is not the flight you will get. !
They are not actual travel agents. They have no access to the flights you supposedly book with them. They capture your information. I am grateful I did not give them all valid information. We thought we were booked on Sunday April 27th. Then after we booked on Flightsforall, it says , the booking is not guaranteed and no charges are this is They claim they are "verifying" your billing info.
In reality, they are usually waiting to see if the airline's "cheap" seats are actually available.. while they look up alternative that cost more. I sent an emediate email one hour later, and the following day, saying I do not authorize any additional fees. I will include every email I sent, and to whom, that they conveniently ignored. Then Rick White emails me acting like they never got the other two emails, Sent on April 27th then on April 28th, 12 hours later. I sent my email to three email addresses that go to them directly, yet they ignored. confirmation flightforall. com,

cc: reservations flightforall. com They Ignore then continue to press us to call them as there are problems with our flights in emails. My card was canceled. Bank warned. What I sent to them: Since there was no ticket,no booking,.. there is nothing to cancel. April 27th. 7:52 . This is a void, not a cancellation.

Sincerely yet firmly! I sent it twice. Electronic trails are very good to have. They bait you into thinking it is a booking of what you see, then they try to call so they can charge more and you will get deceived into switching to another flight. They also claim they are based in Texas. Yet they are not US based. Pretending to be travel agents makes me ill, we feel very deceived and refuse to talk to them on the phone. It was not our real number anyways. Beware, choose better.

Apprehensive at first
I will admit, I was tentative proceeding with booking through Flight For All, because I thought it was a scam. The airfare prices were too good. The number they called me from said Toyota Dealership. But when I did get a call back from Scott Phillips, it reassured me that it was not spam and FlightForAll is legit. Scott has been so helpful and very fast to respond. Any questions I had, he returned my call right away! He also helped me to rebook my flight when the departure time of our original booking was moved up to 5:20am!! He got us rebooked on a later flight that day without incurring additional charges. I would highly recommend! Ask for Scott Phillips!
