If I could give 0 stars I would. Prices you see are very misleading. I called customer service to try to get help and ask questions and I got a very rude foreign man who eventually just hung up on me... Se mer

I was skeptical at first, but they were so helpful and we saved 6,000.00 on 8 tickets flying to Puerto Rico. We are super excited and couldn't find this kind of a deal anywhere.

Confirmation in 24 hrs and saved about a thousand dollars compared to all other websites and using Google flights. I was reluctant to use last time because there was not many reviews at that time... Se mer

Great Experience

I worked with Scott Phillips who was great! He was patient, helpful, and took the time to review and look for the types of flights I wanted.

I travel frequently & will start my travel plans with Scott!

Emma White

Emma was wonderful to work with. However, as all the other reviews state you don’t get the price advertised. It was quite a bit higher so I declined since I was able to find cheaper at another airline. Emma came back with a more reasonable price so I accepted because I prefer flying Southwest. Overall good experience.

I booked a flight with tripbookfly. After purchasing ticketvi was notified due to dynamic pricing for flights and a glitch in system i didnt have a ticket. Their solution was to offer tickets which would be 300 dollars morr

SCAMMERS! Called after booking was in progress for over 1 hr. was told that website was not updated daily and rate was not available. Actually asked me what i was willing to pay. Complete BullS***.

It’s definitely a process.

So I will say that the process with working with Trip Book Fly was just that. A PROCESS. However, I worked with Ben and he made that process a little more simple. I will say, though… The process was a little confusing as the pricing listed on their website was not the pricing I ended up getting. The pricing I found ended up being a promotional price that ended, and I ended up actually paying double. But it worked out better because I could pick my seats and didn’t have to pay extra for a carry-on and a checked bag. My flight was booked a little bit last minute, and Ben made sure to give me all the information that I needed to make quick decisions about changing my flight. And when I couldn’t get the flight that I wanted, he gave me other options. He definitely worked with me through the entirety of the process to keep me calm, because I was definitely panicking that I wasn’t gonna get these flights. I was definitely skeptical, but overall, I am happy with my experience in the end and I would book with them again.
