Absolutely terrible, didnt inform me about my flight change, even though they have been informed by condor 4 months ago. I Realized i couldnt check and in and then was informed by condor my flight is canceled, 15 hours before departure. I wrote customer service, which offered no help, besides telling me I have to pay a completly new flight or take a flight 4 days later. In 48 hours they were not able to get in contact with condor, didn't call me back, even when they said they would and were not able to offer anything usefull, i wasnt even able to cancel the flight, if i would i would have gotten Kiwi coin for their webage at one tenth of the price i paid. Complete disaster and I highly recommend everbody to stay as far away as possible.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

Still waiting for my refund, I tried to cancel my flight within 1 hour after making it ( wrong date)
They refused to cancel the flight and still charged me for baggage and the taxes.
I went to the airline (SCOOT) who agreed to refund the taxes 201.00 AUD, they informed me that it was with Kiwi, they still have not refunded! Daylight robbery!
DO NOT USE.

ich habe einen Flug nach Italien gebucht und innerhalb 24 Stunden storniert. Der Betrag wurde sofort abgebucht. Leider wurde mir der Betrag nicht zurück erstattet. Das ist Betrug meines Erachtens. - 5 Sterne

Vorsicht

Vorsicht, Finger weg.
Ich habe Ticket für 5 zopfige Familie gebucht, das Datum eingegeben und bezahlt. Während der Buchung gab es ein Aufpreis von ca 50 € pro Ticket. Die Bestätigung der Buchung kam 15 min später mit völlig ein anderes Datum. Kundenservice kontaktiert, keine Reaktion, keine Änderung möglich, Geld ist weg.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (STILL HAVEN'T GOT REFUND)

I have been waiting for months for a refund that has supposedly been in process since December. There is no update - the booking number was 575 573 878 and my first plane was delayed so long that I missed the connection. The company has been telling me consistently that they are working on my refund but it has been months.

If you use these guys, know there is a good chance they are not going to pay you back if they mess up and leave you holding the bag. Never EVER use this company. I am pursuing actions with my bank currently to force them to action.

Just don't ever use it. I've added a paid flight compensation service with only ai-like answers, but they never give me a refund. I'll never use it again. Don't ever do it either.

SCAM!!!!
This company is a giant scam. Flight was cancelled and months later I have more recieved my money back. Customer service not existent. Save yourself hassle and use a legit travel company. There guys just take your money and disappear.

Extremely unhelpful! Our flight was cancelled due to weather conditions. We were given an alternative flight for the next day free of charge, however this flight was also cancelled. They then told us we can take another alternative route but at a cost of £800 and it wasn't covered because we had already chosen the alternative option. On top of that we had to stay in a hotel close to the airport as our journey was interrupted, we where told over the phone that we could get compensation for our hotel stay of €52 however the best option for us cost €69.We made sure that we could still get the compensation of €52 as we where happy to pay a little more out of our own pockets. We have yet to receive the compensation as we hadn’t booked directly though the link. You can imagine this was very stressful after being stuck in the airport for just over 8 hours, we just wanted to get out so we could rest. We are now being refused compensation because of this. Furthermore, we had requested a partial/full refund on our trip as we had to go through an alternative booking website to book our further journey as we didn’t want to pay just over £800 out of pocket for something that was not in our control whatsoever. We have been denied this refund as we didn’t cancel our trip 48hours before, however we made it 1/3 of our journey before the rest was cancelled. Following on, we have contacted the airline in regards of a refund, they have processed it to this company and now they are saying that they haven’t received it after 2 weeks. Considering this is a well used booking company, I am appalled at the lack of help they have provided us and their refusal to give us our money back that we are meant to have.

Kiwi.com are dam scammers, trash, thieves, who steal your money, you never must buy anythings by KIWI.COM...in my case kiwi.com never reserved my airtick by airline; kiwi.com steal and kept my money $518 dollares + bags $160 dollares..

I canceled my flight booked with kiwi.com .
I canceled it on January 23, 2025 due to my schedule. I requested a refund to kiwi.
kiwi.com Company refund policy date has been 14 days. We are waiting until now. No refund has been made yet. Refund status is still being requested. I wonder if I can get a refund from kiwi.com company. Really kiwi.com is trash.

Do not buy from here. They never issue refunds.

My flight ticket number: 588 975 167
Route: Rome to ICN

I purchased a flight ticket through Kiwi.com and canceled it two hours later. Out of the 1.4 million KRW I paid, I only received 700,000 KRW as a refund.

Kiwi.com claimed that they refunded exactly what they received from the airline (T'way), but T'way confirmed that they refunded the full amount, minus their service fees.

Kiwi.com asked me to provide documents from T'way, including the flight details, passenger name, and refunded amount.

I requested the necessary documents from T'way and submitted them to Kiwi.com.

Kiwi.com still insists they did not receive the money.

It’s obvious who’s lying. T'way is cooperating and providing documents, while Kiwi.com keeps asking for more paperwork.

The result? I've been fighting this for three months. If this doesn't get resolved soon, I'm considering hiring a lawyer.
