The claims portal was easy to use but the claim took too long to go through

The claims portal was easy to use to make the claim and track it's progress. Progress was very slow though at the different points of the claim - where we were told contact would be made within 5 working days it was more like over 7 days on 2 separate occasions. It took almost 2 months to arrange and complete work on a drain pipe close to the manhole which needed sealing. Although grateful the claim was paid out this took far too long to finish and we were left without the use of our downstairs toilet throughout this.

The works carried out on our home by Homesafe was superb from day one the workers and work carried out was by far the best I have ever witnessed.

The workers was very professional
The work was spot on and the final finish was amazing.

Robin was excellent, explained what was happening and answered all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you Robin.

Robin was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He told me Trinity would be coming again and most important how to turn the dryer off.

Ceiling repair - escape of water

Our claim was dealt with at a fair pace and we were kept fully updated along the way. The job was completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with the end result. Jordan worked tirelessly to leave us with a ceiling that we could be proud of and he did just that. Thank you Jordan. However, on the downside, there were times when it felt like he was under pressure to get our job finished because there was more work needing to be done elsewhere. We would like to say a big thank you to Iain who made sure that our job was allocated to the team as quickly as was possible once everything had been approved and, to our claim assessor who got the wheels in motion quickly from the outset. Finally, thank you to all of the claims team.

Whilst Trinity was a challenge when it came to my claim which took a very long time from claim to completion, with very poor communication.. it was a massive relief to have Ryan and team proactively managing the works and ensuring communication was shared timely. The team did a great job and managed to complete what was a messy situation with great attitude and professionally.. can’t fault the workmanship, very happy with outcome..

Claim for badly damaged carpet.

My claim for a carpet,which had been badly damaged with a burn from an overheated charger lead, was handled swiftly and efficiently by very helpful and pleasant staff. I've been impressed with the ease of use of the claim portal. All of my messages were dealt with quickly and responded to very comprehensively. From initial claim to approval for funding to replace the carpet took only 5 days. That is impressive! We have not made any claims for 40 years, but thankfully when we have needed to, it's been dealt with efficiently. This company has got everything right, from the outset. Well done to you all!

I was hesitant at first to claim for…

I was hesitant at first to claim for accidental damage to my iPad, but I needn’t have worried. Trinity were excellent from start to finish even when I asked to get a quote direct from Apple regarding the damage instead of their third party tech people. Thank you to the staff at Trinity for helping me through the whole process.

The first contact was not the best

The first contact was not the best. I eventually had to make contact by telephone. The email was very difficult.
The claim was over one month before any real progress was made.

Company are fine , it’s a pity though that their door company did not come out to assess the door like they should have done! We waited in for them! But no contact from them advising they weren’t coming! RUDE
